Nooo tenemos luz todas las noche! Dados de manutenção puro ni modo todas as habitações misma! Ellos trabajó con Hilton? ..... Como huevo para desayuno y estómago muuuuuuucho dolores ..... Regresarme mi dinero y mi tiempo.La verdad peor hotel en México.As luzes acendem e apagam a noite toda, e o pessoal da manutenção apenas diz que os outros quartos são iguais. Comi um ovo no café da manhã, mas estava com fortes dores abdominais! !! !! !! !! !! !! Por favor, saia do negócio. Fui enganado pelo nome de Hilton e fiquei lá. Por favor, devolva a taxa!

Que lindo hotel !!! O pessoal aqui é incrível. Trate você como a realeza enquanto se sente em casa!O restaurante foi fantástico! O nosso servidor tinha ótimas recomendações e a comida era única e deliciosa.Em seguida, fomos até o bar no 7º andar. Que grande multidão e bebidas incríveis. A equipe não era tão incrível quanto no próprio hotel, mas também não era ruim. Ótimo, ótimo ambiente com assentos ao ar livre, bem como coberto.

What a beautiful Hotel!!! The staff here is incredible. Treat you like royalty while making you feel at home! The restaurant was fantastic! Our server had great recommendations and the food was unique and delicious. We then headed up to the bar on the 7th floor. What great crowd and awesome drinks. Staff wasn't as awesome as in the hotel itself, but they were not bad either. Great, great atmosphere with open air seating as well as covered.

Update from my recent stay: still enjoyed the room, had fab dinner and drinks. Staff was lovely as always. But, management really FAILS in their work. I have a significant issue with a hotel charging an exchange rate of more than 20% below market for a voucher issued in USD and, when requested to respond to a complaint, are missing in action. Nothing, no response to me, neither to Hilton corporate. This is a case of corporate robbery, a hotel management that does not care and obviously does not want my business. Never again, despite the lovely people working here!!! ================================== Really enjoyed our stay here. I came in with low expectations as most hotels, even high end, in Guadalajra were mediocre at best. This one was great: loved the service, the staff, the room, the drinks and food. It is stylish yet intimate, the room was well appointed, comfortable and well designed. Bathroom amenities were great. The rooftop is super nice with outstanding service. The lady who was out waitress was super sweet. And the views over Guadalajara are great. I will definitely stay here again. Great hotel, amazing staff, a good night's sleep..... Update: just stayed again and service was even nicer. Just fab. Also, we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and it was amazing, the beef ribs were to die for and the fish amazing. A. Guzman was our waiter, really nice and fun guy. He recommended some good wine pairings and the bartender made great cocktails This will be my new go-to hotel in Guadalajara....

Muito bom hotel localizado na cidade. Muitas coisas para fazer a uma curta distância. Há uma soriana por perto para estocar o que você precisar. O estacionamento é muito apertado, especialmente se você tiver um veículo maior. Eles oferecem serviços de valet embora.Eu tinha um quarto com cozinha e incluíam de tudo, micro-ondas, pratos, talheres e fogão. Fica um pouco barulhento à noite, pois há muitos vizinhos do outro lado da rua, muitos cães latindo à noite. O único problema que vi foi alguns funcionários que não usavam máscaras, especialmente nos elevadores.

Todos muy atentos y muy amable. Everyone here is ready to give you great customer service and they do an exceptional job at it. Definitely recommend:) also, the rooms are definitely IT! Yesss!! Valet service was also on point!

Very nice hotel located in the city. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. There’s a soriana nearby to stock up on anything you might need. The parking garage is pretty cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle. They do offer valet services though. I had a room with a kitchen and they included everything in it, microwave, dishes, silverware and a stove. It does get a bit noisy at night as there are plenty of neighbors on the other side of the street, a lot of barking dogs at night. Only issue I saw was some staff not wearing masks, especially in the elevators.

The staff is extremely polite and friendly. We were received warmly upon our arrival. Fernando went above and beyond to provide us with helpful information about the best food and activities to do during our stay. The hotel also offers tour packages that take you to major areas in Guadalajara, all very affordable. They also offer transportation service, which is great. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and it is located around good restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to return on our next trip to Guadalajara.
