“The Fairmont was nice. Our room was not cleaned very well. However, there were enough redeeming factors to keep this review mainly positive. There were baby bathrobes for the spa. I found those extremely darling. I liked that added touch. We ate at the restaurant and the server was great. The kids eat free which was a great added perk. The pool was advertised as being heated but it was so cold we couldn’t even get in and that was very disappointing. Overall the experience was good but not great like I’d usually expect from the Fairmont.”

“Super friendly and helpful staff. We were recently engaged and they upgraded our room twice for us and had chocolate covered strawberries delivered to the room. Only thing is the cleanliness of their hot tub. With the amount of foam in there, it definitely needs to be balanced better. Would stay here again though!”
