“This hotel was terrible and a bad selectionfor staying: 1. Let start with the elevators. Those were soooo old that you were able to hear all the mechanisim, also it shook while it was moving. Also in bad condition. The design ofvthe buttons was difficult to undertand were you should press. 2. Breakfast was nothing special. The service was terrible from the time you entered the restaurant. The host did not smile. I asked for over easyeggs and they served a burned, dry and aweful fried eggs. On the positive side, the watermelon juice was fantastic as well as the pastry. 3. I was in the 23th floor. In the corridor there was a room for cleaning things with an annoying blinking light bulb. 4. The room had some poorly designed furtinute. 5. During the night I heard water falling from the roof, water running through the pipes. 6. Don’t ask for room service. The first one I asked was pasta with buffala. The sauce smelled and tasted bad, like a stale sauce. Two days after, I asked for an entrecote with beans and mashed potato. The meat was salty and the mashed potato was washy. The only good thing with the room service was the Coca Cola Zero.Good things to rescue: taxi service, front desk people and sauna.”
