“This beautiful little hotel is an outstanding value in busy Canggu. The staff is lovely and accommodating. Rooms are first rate. Surroundings are QUIET at night, which is unusual for 'downtown' Canggu, the party-central of Bali. A very safe spotI will stay here again... it feels like home now.”

Excellent hotel, great location and wonderful staff. The spa upstairs is fantastic, the staff are amazing and it's super relaxing. Best spa I've been to in Bali. The food at the hotel is delicious.

A localização é incrível, a 5 minutos a pé da praia, restaurantes, spas e F45 na faixa principal do lado de fora do hotel. O quarto, no entanto, estava degradado, a porta não fechava corretamente, o banheiro e o quarto estavam sujos. O chão não tinha sido varrido, com muitas formigas. Não havia água quente no chuveiro, o que nunca foi trazido à nossa atenção no momento da reserva. Você teria que ajustar a torneira de uma certa maneira e mudar o botão do chuveiro para desligá-lo com sucesso. Era como resolver o código de Da Vinci toda vez que você tenta desativá-lo. O destaque da estadia foi a bebida de boas-vindas - suco de maçã e manjericão. Nunca tive esse combo antes. Foi delicioso!! Nenhum ódio no hotel, apenas algo para estar ciente. Caso contrário, seria uma estadia ok se você só precisa de uma cama para a noite.

La ubicación es increíble, a 5 minutos a pie de la playa, restaurantes, spas y F45 en la avenida principal justo afuera del hotel. Sin embargo, la habitación estaba deteriorada, la puerta no cerraba correctamente, el baño y el dormitorio estaban sucios. Los pisos no habían sido barridos, con muchas hormigas. No había agua caliente en la ducha, lo que nunca nos llamó la atención al hacer la reserva. Tendría que mover el grifo de cierta manera y cambiar el dial de la ducha para cerrarla con éxito. Era como resolver el código de Da Vinci cada vez que intentas apagarlo. Lo más destacado de la estancia fue la bebida de bienvenida: jugo de manzana y albahaca. Nunca había tenido ese combo antes. ¡¡Estuvo delicioso!! Sin odio en el hotel, solo algo a tener en cuenta. De lo contrario, sería una buena estadía si solo necesita una cama para pasar la noche.

Location is amazing, 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, spas and F45 on the main strip just outside the hotel. The room however was run down, door did not close properly, bathroom and bedroom was dirty. Floors had not been swept, with many ants. There was no hot water in the shower- which was never brought to our attention upon booking. You would have to jig the tap a certain way and change the dial of the shower to turn it off successfully. It was like solving Da Vinci’s code every time you try to turn it off. Highlight of the stay was the welcoming drink- Apple and basil juice. Never had that combo before. Was delicious!! No hate on the hotel, just something to be aware of. Otherwise would be an ok stay if you just need a bed for the night.

Funcionários super simpáticos e prestativos. Mas o primeiro quarto que chegamos no 2º andar era muito úmido e cheirava a umidade. O segundo quarto estava em geral bem, mas assim como no primeiro quarto, o sistema de chuveiro/chuveiro estava quebrado e desisti de tentar consertá-lo / substituí-lo após a terceira tentativa. Ao olhar mais de perto as outras instalações (por exemplo, quebra de varanda de madeira/elevador disfuncional), parece que o hotel não tem meios financeiros. Também a quantidade de pequeno-almoço fornecido não é suficiente.

Ficamos 4 noites no hotel. O hotel em geral era bom, mas no nosso quarto havia muito barulho devido à máquina de ar condicionado de um dos quartos ao nosso lado. O café da manhã foi super bom, a melhor opção para nós foi a omelete. Tivemos apenas um problema e é que no último dia (fizemos duas reservas) em que reservamos a noite separadamente, não tínhamos café da manhã incluído e o serviço apenas nos avisou depois de fazer o pedido e o preço foi de 120 mil rp por pessoa o que é realmente caro, pois você pode comer um café da manhã semelhante em qualquer um dos restaurantes próximos por 60-80k rp.

Nos alojamos 4 noches en el hotel. El hotel en general estaba bien, pero en nuestra habitación había mucho ruido debido a la máquina de aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones contiguas a la nuestra. El desayuno estuvo super bien, la mejor opción para nosotros fue la tortilla. Solo tuvimos un problema y es que el último día (hicimos dos reservas) que reservamos la noche por separado no teníamos desayuno incluido y el servicio solo nos avisó una vez que lo pedimos y el precio fue de 120K rp por persona lo que realmente es caro ya que puedes comer un desayuno similar en cualquiera de los restaurantes cercanos por 60-80k rp.

Personal súper amable y servicial. Pero la primera habitación que obtuvimos en el segundo piso estaba muy húmeda y olía a humedad. La segunda habitación estaba bien en general, pero al igual que en la primera habitación, el sistema de ducha de lluvia/cabezal de ducha estaba roto y dejé de intentar arreglarlo/reemplazarlo después del tercer intento. Al echar un vistazo más de cerca a las otras instalaciones (p. ej., balcón de madera roto/ascensor disfuncional), parece que el hotel carece de medios financieros. Además, la cantidad de desayuno proporcionada no es suficiente.

We stayed 4 nights in the hotel. The hotel in general was good but in our room there was a lot of noise due the air conditioner machine of one of the rooms next to us. The breakfast was super good, the best option for us was the omelette. We had just one issue and is that the last day (we did two bookings) that we booked the night separately we had no breakfast included and the service just advised us once we have ordered it and the price was 120K rp per person what it's really expensive as you can eat a similar breakfast in any of the restaurants nearby for 60-80k rp.

Super friendly and helpful staff. But the first room we got on the 2nd floor was very moist and smelt from moist. The second room was overall okay, but just like in the first room the rain-shower/shower-head-system was broken and I gave up trying to get it fixed/replaced after the third attempt. When taking a closer look at the other installations (e. g. breaking down wooden balcony/disfunctional elevator) it seems that the hotel is lacking financial means. Also the amount of breakfast provided is not sufficient.

Quarto que me foi dado na minha 1ª noite não tinha wifi funcionando, a porta da frente podia fechar corretamente, sem recepção de TV e a pressão da água era um drible na melhor das hipóteses. A equipe da recepção foi bom para mudar de quarto para mim ... para um que pelo menos tinha wifi. A recepção de TV e o elevador não funcionaram durante toda a minha estadia de 3 noites. A única coisa que vai para isso é a sua localização e equipe. Os proprietários precisam consertar o local

¡Anuncio engañoso en agoda! ¡La habitación con vista al mar definitivamente no está disponible aquí! Hotel muy sucio y sucio lleno de moho. Había bolsas de basura en el bar y en el pasillo. 2 televisores en la habitación que no funcionaban. ¡El ascensor no funciona y la administración es arrogante! ¡Dinero desperdiciado!

La habitación que me dieron en mi primera noche no tenía wifi que funcionara, la puerta de entrada podía cerrarse correctamente, no había recepción de televisión y la presión del agua era un goteo en el mejor de los casos. El personal de recepción fue amable al cambiarme de habitación... a una que al menos tuviera wifi. La recepción de TV y el ascensor no funcionaron durante toda mi estadía de 3 noches. Lo único bueno de esto es su ubicación y el personal. Los propietarios necesitan arreglar el lugar

Room I was given on my 1st night had no working wifi, front door could close properly, no TV reception and water pressure was a dribble at best. Front desk staff was nice to change room for me... to one that at least had wifi. TV reception and elevator were not function for my entire 3 nights stay. Only thing going for this is its location and staff. Owners need fix place up

A localização do hotel é muito estratégica. Muito perto da praia de Batu Bolong, pode ser alcançada a pé por aproximadamente 15 minutos.Este quarto de hotel em Kirana Canggu é bastante espaçoso e limpo para um hotel de sua classe, há uma pequena varanda externa para secar roupas. Além dos quartos ok, o serviço também é muito bom, a equipe é muito simpática com os hóspedes. Para o café da manhã existem várias opções, eu pedi o grande café da manhã. Para o café da manhã é uma delícia.O que é um pouco lamentável, talvez por causa do efeito da pandemia o elevador do hotel não funciona (não sei se está desligado ou está sendo danificado, mas o hotel parece muito afetado pela pandemia), além disso o a piscina também é um pouco suja, e na verdade há uma pequena área de ginástica perto da piscina, mas já é inutilizável. Espero que com a melhoria do turismo no futuro haja melhorias para essas coisas. Porque eu realmente gostei deste hotel quando fiquei aqui, os quartos são agradáveis, a localização é estratégica e os funcionários são simpáticos.

La ubicación del hotel es muy estratégica. Muy cerca de la playa de Batu Bolong, se puede llegar a pie durante aproximadamente 15 minutos.Esta habitación de hotel en Kirana Canggu es bastante espaciosa y limpia para un hotel de su clase, hay un pequeño balcón afuera para secar la ropa. Además de las habitaciones bien, el servicio también es muy bueno, el personal es muy amable con los huéspedes. Para el desayuno hay varias opciones, pedí el gran desayuno. Para el desayuno, es delicioso.Lo cual es un poco lamentable, quizás por el efecto de la pandemia el ascensor del hotel no funciona (no sé si está apagado o está dañado, pero el hotel se ve muy afectado por la pandemia), además de que el la piscina también está un poco sucia, y en realidad hay una pequeña área de gimnasio cerca de la piscina, pero ya no se puede usar. Esperemos que con la mejora del turismo en el futuro haya mejoras para estas cosas. Porque realmente disfruté de este hotel cuando estuve aquí, las habitaciones son agradables, la ubicación es estratégica y el personal es amable.

Dirty room, dirty toilet, bad design-always hit my legs of bed’s corners in the tiny room. Very moist air and you can’t choose a room on higher floor, because upper floors are closed. The elevator doesn’t work too. Swimming pool is dirty. I am disappointed so much. Also there was blood spots on bed linen😖 Noisy place. Lots of insects in the room and the AC doesn’t work at all. Though the stuff is nice.

Stayed here before and I had a pleasing experience! The location is perfect, surrounded by culinary spots and is near to the sea, however, the bathtubs were unusable, please inspect it and fix it immediately, other than that, the rooms are so comfortable that I passed out on bed as soon as I arrive
