“Went for a course for two days at the hotel. Nice large clean and quiet place inside and out. Food was great (served as part of the course) including drinks and dessert. Venue itself was great, quiet meeting room and good setup for the course.”

“I stayed at this hotel over the holidays and really liked the hotel itself. However, I recently booked a room again and needed to reschedule. When I booked, I made sure that I wouldn’t get charged a cancellation fee or have to pay extra for the room in case I needed to reschedule it and was told I would not. When I called, I got transferred 2 times with no explanation as to why. I got hung up on twice and got accused of hanging up. The woman on the phone told me I would have to pay more due to the fact that on that day the price is higher. This hotel has a lot of potential but staff and their policies are horrible. Too bad because I would have been a returning customer. Don’t recommend.”
