Excelente localização no centro. Ótimas instalações e ótimo café da manhã! O hotel possui estacionamento a €10 a diária. Apesar da dificuldade de estacionar nas imediações, não faltam opções de estacionamentos pagos a preços justos. A quinta estrela vai para o atendimento! Todos os funcionários muito educados! O nosso agradecimento vai especialmente para a Helena que nos atendeu com a máxima simpatia!

Só posso falar da contorna como boa para visitar a Rua Sta Catarina com o café Magestic, centros comerciais La Vie e Catarina Shopping, Bolhão, Coliseu do Porto... Inúmeros restaurantes e lojas e aliás o Maus Hábitos-pub da noite muito frequentado por locais e turistas. Gosto da rua da Alegria pois guarda o ambiente do Porto de sempre com a vizinhança muito gentil. Temos mesmo perto do hotel uma padaria O NOVO PAO NOSSOcom o produto sempre do dia e de total confiança, com preços adatados à clientela de toda a vida. Há um talho, quiosque e dois restaurantes muito bons. Não procurem outro restaurante longe do hotel, o que têm em frente "Solar da Alegria"é o melhor em carnes e bacalhau; vejo sempre locais a almoçar e jantar. Eu gosto dos pratos de carne imenso. Experimentem.

Hotel muito agradável funcionários da recepção muito educados. O menos bom foi o comando da TV não funcionar e a resposta do funcionário que devia ser falta de pilhas,quer dizer fiquei sem TV durante dois dias. Pequeno almoço muito bom, funcionários sorridentes, o menos bom crianças de meias pelo local do pequeno almoço passar para ginástica estranho um cliente estar a comer e ter crianças a brincar. O quarto só tem uma janela que dá outro prédio onde se vê tudo estranho. Casa de banho limpa e agradável.

Eu e meu pai ficamos hospedados 27 noites neste hotel e não temos do que reclamar. As acomodações são muito boas e o café da manhã com muita variedade. É um hotel que fica próximo ao Centro, tendo a estação de metrô Marquês no final da rua Doze Casas e também a famosa rua Santa Catarina que nos leva ao shopping Via Catarina, diversos cafés, incluindo o famoso "Majestic" e muito comércio. Mais o ponto principal é o atendimento dos funcionários muito atenciosos e sempre dispostos a nos ajudar no que precisávamos. Quando voltar com certeza ficaremos novamente neste hotel.

Buena relación calidad precio. Si deseas conocer la ciudad y te gusta pasear con asiduidad es perfecto. Se aparcar bien por la calle y luego puedes bajar la gran cuesta hasta el centro q recuerda luego hay q subir. No hemos gastado ni un duro el metro ni transporte.A mi madre no le hago bajar y subir pero para una pareja joven el hotel es perfecto. Personal cercano y amable. 100% recomendable. Si quieres 4 estrellas mejor págalo. No se le puede pedir más. Está impoluto.

Top Hotel, Preços muito bons, pequeno almoço excelente e Trabalhadores do melhor. Os quartos estão limpos e modernos, o Wi-Fi funcionou sempre quando precisasse nada a reclamar!

Hotel ubicado a 20 minutos andando de Rúa Caterina. Habitación agradable,cuidada y limpia. Empleados amables y atentos. Buena elección.

Buen hotel por precio cómodo, tranquilo, buen servicio y con un completo buen desayuno. La unica pega es que esta algo alejado del centro Histórico y Turísticopero esto se compensa con la boca de metro que esta a 5 minutos y lleva esta linea directamente al corazón de la ciudad. Muy recomendable por calidad/precio.

Hotel de tres estrellas tirando a dos ;Desayuno con poca variedad en frutas( sandía y melón cortada en dados pequeños en vasos pequeños) ,no hay galletas,ni tartas, sólo croissants, bizcocho y magdalenas sin relleno alguno.Cafe y leche de tanque ,no hay máquina ni cápsulas .No ponen jamón sino fiambre y solo una variedad de queso.No conviene coger el desayuno habiendo tantas panaderías y confiterias por la ciudad.En las habitaciones no hay enchufes para cargar el móvil .Hay que desconectar una de las lámparas de la mesa de noche para poder cargarlo.El trato del personal es correcto tirando a seco.No he notado ni amabilidad ni gran disponibilidad como había leído en reseñas anteriores

El hotel está bien, el desayuno también, aunque sin lujos. Lo único, que está ligeramente retirado del centro, auque hay una parada de metro cerca. El recepcionista que nos atendió (turno tarde/noche) de 10. Se ve que disfruta con su trabajo.

Dizem que tem estacionamento privado mas nao dizem que é a pagar. O ac do quarto nem funcionava... de resto, o pequeno almoço é razoavel e o staff simpatico

El hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones limpias. Incluso aunque salgas algo tarde de tu habitación, te la limpian desinfectan te cambian todo etc.. el personal es muy amable. Si he de poner un pero es al parking, que es muy pequeño y de difícil acceso. Sin embargo no dudaría en volver

I've been there in the 4th of January of 2021. I don't know if covid has something to do with it but they didn't let us serve our selves our own breakfast Wich was a very uncomfortable experience I've been in others hotels during the Covid-19 and I were allowed to serve my breakfast my self . Also they didn't serve the half of the food you see in the photos, so if you like me are impressed by the photos I just need to say to you don't create high spectations cause you're going to be disappointed. So Porto was very cold at the time we went there. To be precise was 32 degrees fahrenheit, 0 degrees Celsius, and the heater was not working properly. Was very cold in the room. Plus the package that we payed was 62 euros, that included a lot of this, one of the things was a bathrobe and slippers, Wich was not there when we got in the room I know is a little thing but we payed extra money for those little things. And is by these little things that we can feel more welcomed or not. It was an unfortunate situation to have to ask for things that was supposed to be there already you know? You couldn't get your breakfast also to eat in the room Wich is weird also. But anyway was the whole set of little things that contributed to a bad experience. A positive thing was the reception , the young man Peter, was impeccable and the lady also, he was in the night shift and she was in the morning shift. The two blond young ladies that served our breakfast well I could tell by their faces they were moody like I felt that they didn't want to serve us or they were not happy with our presence there, I could get that mood literally in the air. The hotel is clean and organized. But my conclusion would be, if I don't feel embraced or welcomed in a place that I'm paying to stay, so why would I come back there? I'm certainly not !

La habitación es Bonita, parece nueva y la limpieza excelente. El hotel se encuentra un poco alejado del centro... hay mucha cuesta que hacer para llegar hasta él pero no está del todo lejos. Lo único que no me gustó fue el desayuno. En las fotos ves un desayuno completo con variedad y en la realidad no es así. Hay muchísimo menos de lo que ves, podrían mejorarlo. Por lo demás bien

Hotel, very clean. Beds were comfortable. Some staff were friendly and helpful, however some including amale manager was loathe to help as we had pre booked some of our trips. No tea or coffee making facilities. We we're told we only had a standard room! We are used tostaff being very happy and helpful at all times. X

Very clean. The cleanest and freshest I've ever seen my room each day after they serviced it. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Parking was limited (they also have limited paid spots) but I was able to get a free spot each night. My only issue with this hotel is that it is located about 20 minutes (walking) from the main areas in Porto. This alone isn't terrible, but it is all uphill on the way back to the hotel. The surrounding area also felt unsafe and not very populated after dark.

We booked this hotel based on the reviews that said that it was about a 20 minute walk to the center of town. While this is true, the walk is extremely lonely and unsafe, both day and night.I would certainly not recommend this hotel for someone looking to walk around Porto and have easy access to the center or anything remotely interesting in the city. Even though we did rent a car, it is still an inconvenient hotel. The hotel itself is a good value for the money. The rooms are quite large and clean,and the AC functions very well. The beds are firm and comfortable.The tv also has many channels to choose from, including some in English. The Wi-Fi also works very well.

Good breakfast, helpful staff and a really nice bed. The only thing was that I made a request, for a little surprise, because it was my girlfriend's birthday, and when we got to the room, nothing. They didn't pay attention to what I wrote in my reservation. Despite that, everything went nicely. Overall, they are a good hotel, they just need to pay more attention to reservation requests. And specially when you wanted to pay for it.

While the hotel and the staff were great - getting to the address was difficult. Rua da Allegria is a long steep hill with all traffic coming down - so no chance of an easy bus ride. There IS a Metro...
