“We went on a family vacation and it was awesome!
The staff is very friendly and helpful , the food is excellent, the drinks are great, the beach is soft white sand, the ocean view is beautiful the sea is blue and you can swim easily,the hotel is in the right place not to far and no to close to the night life, the pool is big enough.
It’s just the right place to have fun and relax!”

“It was our first time in Cancun and stayed at all inclusive hotel, Beach Palace. The pros: The view from our lagoon facing room was great, could see for miles and could also see some of the beach side. The a/c chilled the room with no problems. The restaurants inside the hotel had pretty good food overall. Spacious swimming pools with swim up bars. The cons: Seaweed was covering the entire beach and was thick in the water for about 100 yards out, which made the beach mostly unusable. The cocktails were noticeably watered down, so more are needed than should be to get your buzz on. Restocking of our room fridge and mini bar seemed to be hit or miss. Had to call and request it to be restocked more than we should have. Excursions are expensive. Beds are small, so no stretching out...be prepared to snuggle with your partner, whether you want to or not. Overall we liked the stay, didn't love it.”
