I've been a Marriott member for many years, and my experience at this Fairfield was far from perfect. The amenities are old and poorly maintained; the walls are paper-thin and you can literally hear people next-door talking. People lodging here are also far from decent. There were kids running around till 2am. Their parents were yelling at them, which only made things worse. I really needed a good night's sleep after a day of driving, but I felt even more tired after waking up in the morning.

I have stayed here 3x for work. Each experience has been completely different. This trip my complaint is again housekeeping cleaning rooms in the evening, I had to ask the housekeeper to quit slamming the door of the room she is cleaning next to mine as she went in and out...currently 8:48pm. Last night I heard two college age employees discussing tik tok as they were in and out of rooms. I get every where is short handed, so staff that can work evenings is great but be mindful people are staying in their room to sleep and unplug, not listen to housekeeping banging and carrying on the halls. I would say breakfast has improved since prior visits in Oct and Nov 2022. This trip my room was the cleanest yet ( previous rooms had maintenance issues and were unclean).

I relocated from NM to MO about 2 weeks ago. Also, I have recently traveled several places. From among those 20 hotels, the shower of Fairfield Inn is best! 🚿🚿🚿🚿🚿

Stayed here back in October and now again in November. Better room this round on ground level. This is handicapped room with no handrails in bathroom, shoddy drywall patching, no place to put toiletries in shower, and dirty floors. The shower has no lip so water drains out on floor, huge fall risk. Thankfully I am not handicapped as there is no bars by toilet or in shower. A shower chair is available in room. Breakfast is undesirable here.

It's a nice facility - staff very cordial. The lady who manages the breakfast area is remarkable. Frontline employee who is deeply committed to customer service.
