“They provided absolutely amazing service and made my stay an absolute delight! I was there for a company launch event and for being my first time in Austin, thought this would be a great experience. I was picked up and when I arrived I asked if it was possible to change the view of the room. I mentioned that if it was inconvenient then it was okay I'll just stick with the original reservation. I just wanted to do a little something nice for me after dealing with worsening health for months. They were nice enough to make that room change possible so I could have a view that brings me peace. Everyone was so nice and made sure I was always cared for. I needed a late checkout because I got in from the event late and was sleep deprived, I just needed sleep. It was a relief when they let me have a late checkout and after still made sure I was okay. Thank you for such a pleasurable stay!”
