“A popular and busy hotel! Warm and friendly welcome. Attentive staff, particularly Daniel (manager), Sandra (kitchen staff) and Selina (desk staff). The Night Duty Manager (Daniel) was extremely nice and engaging. Unfortunately the bedroom heating was faulty and the room was very cold, outside the hotel was 1° and the room felt much the same. The desk staff listened to our concerns and provided us with extra duvets and a new room as soon as one became available. The stay was so good that we extended our stay the next night . The hotel is in the perfect location for getting around!!”
