Nós estávamos aqui por 2 noites. Chegamos aqui em meio à tempestade de neve. Todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos. Recebemos um excelente atendimento. Bom pequeno-almoço quente. Prazer em encontrar serviço de café 24 horas na recepção. Manteve-me indo. A equipe se superou para nos fornecer o serviço super especial.

Após a primeira noite de nossa estadia, voltamos para o nosso quarto que não havia sido limpo e nenhuma toalha nova foi fornecida. Quando perguntamos na recepção, fomos informados de que precisávamos solicitar a limpeza com antecedência. Ninguém nos disse! Decepcionado. Café e café da manhã eram marginais na melhor das hipóteses

Después de la primera noche de nuestra estadía, regresamos a nuestra habitación que no se había limpiado y no se proporcionaron toallas nuevas. Cuando preguntamos en la recepción, nos dijeron que teníamos que solicitar la limpieza por adelantado. ¡Nadie nos lo dijo! Decepcionado. El café y el desayuno eran marginales en el mejor de los casos.

Estuvimos aquí por 2 noches. Llegamos aquí en medio de la tormenta de nieve. Todo el personal fue muy amable. Recibimos un excelente servicio. Buen desayuno caliente. Encantado de encontrar servicio de café las 24 horas en la recepción. Me mantuvo en marcha. El personal hizo un esfuerzo adicional para brindarnos el servicio súper especial.

After the first night of our stay, we returned to our room that hadn’t been cleaned and no new towels were provided. When we inquired at the front desk, we were told that we needed to request cleaning in advance. No one told us!Disappointed. Coffee and breakfast were marginal at best

We were here for 2 nights. We reached here amidst the snow storm. All the staff were very friendly. We received excellent service. Good hot breakfast. Pleased to find coffee service 24 hrs at the front desk. Kept me going. The staff went extra mile to provide us the super special service.

Jeremie ( ?) trabalhando na recepção foi muito simpática e prestativa. Entramos em nosso quarto e descobrimos que a lâmpada estava no banheiro. Manutenção não estava disponível até a manhã seguinte. Recebemos algumas bebidas e Jeremie garantiu que a manutenção fosse a primeira coisa (7 da manhã) da manhã. A equipe como um todo foi amigável e nosso quarto era muito limpo. Obrigado pelo ótimo serviço.

Jeremie (?) que trabajaba en la recepción fue muy servicial y amable. Nos registramos en nuestra habitación y descubrimos que la bombilla estaba fundida en el baño. El mantenimiento no estaba disponible hasta la mañana siguiente. Nos regalaron un par de tragos y Jeremie se aseguró de que el mantenimiento estuviera listo a primera hora (7 a.m.) de la mañana. El personal en general era amable y nuestra habitación estaba muy limpia. Gracias por el gran servicio.

Jeremie (?) working the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We checked into our room and discovered the bulb was out in the bathroom. Maintenance was not available until the next morning. We were comped a couple of drinks and Jeremie made sure maintenance was up first thing (7a.m.) in the morning. The staff as a whole were friendly and our room was very clean. Thanks for the great service.

We got the king Whirlpool Suite. the room was very spacious. Hotel is very quiet with beautiful surroundings. With mobile check-in and check-out available we didn't encounter One Soul the whole trip!

Este Hampton Inn é perfeito se você está visitando a família em Deer Park Village, pois fica do outro lado da rua. Os quartos / suítes estão com preços razoáveis para esta localidade. Quando eu fiquei lá na semana de 15 de novembro, o hotel era muito limpo e silencioso. As instalações do hotel estão muito bem conservadas. Eles têm uma grande sala de estar / jantar para o café da manhã de cortesia. O café da manhã é o padrão de ovos mexidos, bacon / salsicha e batatas, além de todos os itens frios regulares, como frutas, cereais, iogurte, etc. Eu realmente gostei da disponibilidade de café e água gelada no lobby / área de recepção durante todo o dia. Eles têm uma lavanderia self-service se você precisar lavar roupas. Usei sua lanchonete interna para comprar sorvete e doces. O hotel fica muito perto da principal área comercial de Deer Park, na Rand Road, e também há dezenas de restaurantes nas proximidades.

Este Hampton Inn es perfecto si visita a su familia en Deer Park Village, ya que está justo al otro lado de la calle. Las habitaciones / suites tienen un precio razonable para esta localidad. Cuando estuve allí la semana del 15 de noviembre, el hotel estaba muy limpio y tranquilo. Las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien cuidadas. Tienen un gran salón / comedor para el desayuno de cortesía. El desayuno consiste en huevos revueltos estándar, tocino / salchichas y patatas, además de todos los platos fríos habituales como fruta, cereales, yogur, etc. Me gustó mucho la disponibilidad de café y agua helada en el vestíbulo / zona de recepción durante todo el día. Tienen una lavandería de autoservicio por si necesitas lavar la ropa. Hice uso de su tienda de bocadillos para comprar helados y dulces. El hotel está muy cerca de la principal zona comercial de Deer Park en Rand Road y también hay docenas de restaurantes cerca.

This Hampton Inn is perfect if you're visiting family at Deer Park Village since its right across the street. The rooms/suites are reasonably priced for this locality. When I stayed there the week on November 15th, the hotel was very clean and quiet. The hotel facilities are very well maintained. They have a large lounge/dining area for the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast is the standard scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, and potatoes plus all the regular cold items such as fruit, cereal, yogurt, etc. I really liked the availability of coffee and ice water in the lobby/reception area throughout the day. They have a self-service laundry room if you need to wash clothes. I made use of their in-house snack store for ice cream and candy. It hotel is very close to the main shopping area in Deer Park on Rand road and there are also dozens of restaurants nearby.

Impresionante y muy limpio. Café de cortesía todo el día. La única queja es que es DEMASIADO CALIENTE. Todos los termostatos que vi se establecieron en 75⁰ - 78⁰, por lo que definitivamente sudará caminando a su habitación con su abrigo y cargando sus maletas

Awesome and very clean. Complimentary coffee all day. Only complaint is its WAY TOO HOT. Every thermostat I saw was set to 75⁰ - 78⁰so you definitely work up a sweat walking to your room with your coat on and carrying your bags

Meu marido e eu, bem como nossos convidados do casamento, ficamos aqui em nossa noite de núpcias. Tudo correu bem e nós realmente apreciamos o serviço de transporte que nos acomodou. O pessoal foi muito ágil e eficiente na realização dos pedidos. O único aspecto negativo é que não havia uma nota ou qualquer toque especial no quarto, mas eu acho que seria algo que você tem que pedir separadamente.

My husband and I, as well as our wedding guests, stayed here on our wedding night. Everything went smoothly and we really appreciate the shuttle service accommodating us straggling :). The staff was really responsive and efficient with carrying out requests. The one negative is there wasn't a note or any special touches in the room but I guess that would be something you have to ask for separately.
