The only downside is that some of the immediate surroundings are poorly kept. The hotel itself though is splendid. The staff are great, very friendly & helpful. We upgraded & the executive rooms at the front are fantastic & great value for the extra we paid. Spacious, clean, good facilities, with views over the palace. Highly recommended!

Un lugar con un emplazamiento privilegiado, con vistas increíbles,céntrico y tranquilo a la par. La totalidad del personal es muy amigable, cercano, profesional y servicial, sin duda un equipo de diez y uno de los puntos fuertes del hotel. Las instalaciones, en especial la habitación,son amplias y adecuadas, inclusive bonitas y amplias (punto primordial), sin embargo la calidad de la cama deja que desear porque es imposible descansar en ellas, necesitan ser cambiados los colchones.

Um local com localização privilegiada, com vistas incríveis, central e tranquilo ao mesmo tempo. Todo o staff é muito simpático, próximo, profissional e prestável, sem dúvida uma equipa de dez e um dos pontos fortes do hotel. As instalações, principalmente o quarto, são amplas e adequadas, até bonitas e espaçosas (ponto principal), porém a qualidade da cama deixa a desejar pois é impossível descansar nelas, os colchões precisam ser trocados.

Muy buena experiencia. Muy buen hotel. La habitación excelente. Los desayunos majestuosos. Se encuentra frente al palacio. Como pega diré que la insonorización entre habitaciones es mínima. Mientras que por los pasillos casi no se oye nada, todo diferente entre habitaciones

Ubicación perfecta. El personal de recepción, cafetería y desayunos, muy profesional y atento siempre. El desayuno, típico de nh, muy bueno y variado. Se aparca bien en los alrededores. La habitación superior muy amplia. Para volver.

We had a very pleasant, two night stay in a beautifully proportioned room. We parked on the street close by and all was well. We didn't eat at the hotel but were delighted with the room. Our two rooms in NH Burgos had velux style windows that afforded us no view at all. NH Aranjuez was lovely!

Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Nice looking hotel and very clean too.However, for the price, we expected better amenities. Bar was poorly stocked and therefore had little choice, no evening restaurant, no instructions of how to use coffee machine in the room or even instant coffee granules provided. It's a shame as it made it hard to relax here & we ended up just using the hotel to sleep in which made it an expensive bed for the night.

If you have trouble sleeping when the temperature is too high, avoid this hotel : awful air conditioning, it was really warm in the room at night. I had to complain twice for them to send someone to reduce the temperature but for some reason it started getting hot again into the night. That was the only big issue but it's too important to neglect (especially during this time of year)

I would imagine that under normal circumstances this hotel would achieve a higher review rating, however when booking direct it was not made clear that none of the typical services were available. No restaurant, no bar, no washrooms in common areas. There are things I understand but these limitations are due to lack of staff which are still being furloughed. I was happy to pay for the upgrade offer (although the supposed last premium road was a huge exaggeration), mainly because I like to help businesses but I do expect effort in return. Room was huge but sparse - empty refrigerator was very noisy and kept me awake, bed pillow rock hard or paper thin and assisted buffet breakfast was poor and well below expectations. To be honest I feel that if they cannot provide services, then they should stay closed.

Great location overlooking the Palacio de Aranjuez. Lovely rooms, although the AC is a little bit on the asthmatic side - either that or the gin had a bit of an adverse effect on my ability to sleep well, which it normally doesn't.Good, attentive staff. Surprisingly not as expensive an experience as one might expect for a hotel as well located and as tasteful as this. Would recommend highly.
