“Don't book your trip at Pisco House Hostel. They seem nice, but are untrustworthy! I wanted to go to Rainbow Mountain with them but they didn't pick me up in the night. I waited 1,5h and nobody showed up. In the next morning I went to the office to talke to them. They told me, I can go at the next day. So I waited again 1,5h in the next night for my pick up but nothing happend! In the next morning they told me that I can have 50Soles back, but I payed 80. As well, I just could talk to the guy, with whom i talked before, on the phone. But I am sure, that he was upstaires, while I was phoning with him, because I heard his voice. Now, I can't see Rainbow Mountain anymore, because my flight back is already tomorrow.”

O Hotel é muito confortável em preços e eu estava Reebien em termos de Tours ... Os preços eram muito confortáveis abaixo dos oferecidos em todos os escritórios que cito ... uma vez que eles têm uma agência de viagens e para lá o desconto é mais eles me deram meus amigos 1 noite livre ... Não reserve a sua viagem no Pisco House Hostel. Eles parecem legais, mas são indignos de confiança! Eu queria ir para Rainbow Mountain com eles, mas eles não me pegaram na noite. Eu esperei 1,5h e ninguém apareceu. Na manhã seguinte, fui ao escritório conversar com eles. Eles me disseram, eu posso ir no dia seguinte. Então eu esperei novamente 1,5h na noite seguinte para a minha pick up, mas nada aconteceu! Na manhã seguinte, eles me disseram que eu poderia ter 50 voltas de volta, mas eu paguei 80. Assim, eu só podia falar com o cara, com quem eu falei antes, no telefone. Mas tenho certeza de que ele estava em pé, enquanto eu telefonava para ele, porque ouvi sua voz. Agora, eu não posso mais ver Rainbow Mountain, porque meu vôo de volta já é amanhã.

Tivemos uma experiência muito ruim com este lugar. Quando chegamos, não havia ninguém para nos atender e recebemos os quartos que já tínhamos reservado. Depois de esperar muito tempo, eles nos deram um quarto que não tinha fechadura, o chão estava cheio de papéis e os lençóis e colchas estavam cheios de sujeira, manchas e cabelos. A cozinha estava toda suja, havia até baratas. Da higiene dos espaços comuns e do banheiro, melhor não mencionar. Quando pedimos o dinheiro que havíamos pago de volta, eles se recusaram a fazê-lo.

I didn't stay, I just settled on the tours. But the staff is very attentive and partner. For us are the best prices, fit right in our pocket. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy without spending nonsense.

Não fiquei hospedado, fui apenas resolver sobre os tours. Mas o pessoal é muito atencioso e parceiro. Para nós são os melhores preços, coube direitinho no nosso bolso. Recomendo muito pra quem quer curtir sem gastar absurdos.

El Hotel Es muy comodo en precios y a mi me fue Reebienen cuanto a los Tours..los Precios fueron muy comodos por debajo de los que me ofrecieron en todas las oficinas que cotize...ya que cuentan con una Agencia de Viajesy por ahilo del descuento es mas nos dieron a mi a mis amigos 1 noche libre...Sube Pisco House..Dale mas Fuerza..Un abrazo par tosos los Chicos que trabajan ahi Argentinos ,Chilenos, Brasileños y Don Fredy el Dueño puro Corazon..

Tuvimos una muy mala experiencia con este lugar. Cuando llegamos no había quien nos atienda y nos de las habitaciones que ya teníamos reservadas. Después de esperar un largo rato, nos dieron una habitación que no tenia cerradura, el piso estaba lleno de papeles y las sabanas y colchas estaban llenas de suciedad, manchas y cabellos. La cocina estaba toda sucia, incluso había cucarachas. De la higiene de los espacios comunes y el baño, mejor ni hablar. Cuando pedimos que nos reintegren el dinero que habíamos pagado, se negaron a hacerlo.

The Hotel is very comfortable in prices and I was Reebien in terms of Tours ... Prices were very comfortable below those offered in all the offices I quote ... since they have a Travel Agency and for there the discount is more they gave me my friends 1 free night ... We had a very bad experience with this place. When we arrived there was no one to attend us and we were given the rooms that we had already reserved. After waiting a long time, they gave us a room that had no lock, the floor was full of papers and the sheets and bedspreads were full of dirt, stains and hair. The kitchen was all dirty, there were even roaches. Of the hygiene of the common spaces and the bathroom, better not to mention. When we asked for the money we had paid back to us, they refused to do so.

Hostel mediano, não tem café da manhã, mas também seria um abuso esperar café pelo preço que pagamos, só o banheiro deixa bem a desejar.
