“My main problem was with rug on hotel I got a pretty bad allergy, I had to request rugless rooms that they also have. Pretty good location. Breakfast is awesome most of the times.”

“I’m feeling shame to write these comments indeed. But I could not find any reason to write a good comment for this hotel. Frankly, it’s the worst 5 stars experience for me. From entry to exit… 5 stars hotel but nobody speaks english. Nobody helped me for my 5 big size luggages. I carried all my luggages from my car (that parked on front gate of the hotel) to the reception. This hotel needs an immediate renovation. Everything looks like 80’s. When you open the wardrobe it smells like old sock. No proper internet access. Very poor connection even for whatsapp text messages. Poor breakfast. No hospitality, no smiling face here. This is the worst service I got from a 5 stars hotel.”
