“First visit here since the name change. It appears no cleaning or maintenance has been done in a year. This place could easily be a three star hotel if they trained their employees and clean the place up. Our check out staff member was very argumentative . I think this lady was hired solely based on her meeting a diversity goal.”

“Rented a Queen 2 BR/2bath suite. Arrived to a sink and dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Bathroom floors were disgusting with dirt, hair, as well as hair in bathtub. Crayon or marker scribbles on door. Both towel holders fell off walls, dirty carpet. In desperate need of deep cleaning, painting, new floors. Just felt gross and couldn’t wait to check out and move to a different hotel that we are more comfy with.
The positive- bedding was clean & comfortable. Breakfast offering was decent.”
