Por onde começo? O que uma estadia incrível que tivemos no Sheraton Tokoriki! O cenário estava além de perfeito, e o resort permite que a natureza brilhe. As pessoas e o serviço foram maravilhosos, tão amigáveis, prestativos e divertidos! Instalações bem conservadas, os quartos eram adoráveis. A comida no restaurante principal era divina, e achei os preços justificáveis considerando o tamanho e a localização remota da ilha. Os pequenos-almoços em mudança foram deliciosos, adorei os caril autênticos. Serviço maravilhoso sem ser paternalista ou pomposo. Praia era privada e perfeita para mergulho com snorkel, vimos muitas variedades de peixes-borboleta e peixes-papagaio especialmente! Minha única sugestão de melhoria para toda a viagem seria tocar mais música fijiana (ao redor da piscina) No geral, uma estadia inesquecível e definitivamente recomendo aos amigos.

Com menos de 6 horas de partida. O resort decide cancelar nossa reserva devido à construção em seu hotel. SEM COMUNICAÇÃO DIZENDO QUE ISSO ESTÁ ACONTECENDO. Isso não é anunciado em seu site nem foi notificado pelo Flight Center. Este espantoso. NEM RECEBEMOS UM E-MAIL DE CORTESIA. Por causa disso, nunca mais ficarei em uma rede Sheraton. Comunicação extremamente ruim e serviço horrível, sem compensação, tendo que pagar muito mais dinheiro pelos planos de acomodação de última hora. Nós tínhamos isso reservado por 2 MESES e eles ainda não tiveram a decência de avisar as pessoas que isso estava acontecendo.

Esto no se anuncia en su sitio web ni se notificó a Flight Center. Esto espantoso. NI SIQUIERA RECIBIMOS UN CORREO ELECTRÓNICO DE CORTESÍA. Debido a esto, nunca más me quedaré en una cadena Sheraton. Comunicación extremadamente deficiente y servicio horrible sin compensación por tener que pagar mucho más dinero por los planes de alojamiento de última hora. Tuvimos esto reservado durante 2 MESES y todavía no tuvieron la decencia de informar a la gente que esto estaba sucediendo.

With less than 6 hours of departure. The resort decides to cancel our booking due to construction to their hotel. WITH NO COMMUNICATION SAYING THIS WAS HAPPENING. This is not advertised on their website nor were Flight Centre notified. This appalling. WE DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE A COURTESY EMAIL. Because of this I’ll never stay at a Sheraton chain ever again. Extremely poor communication and horrible service with no compensation having to pay way more money for last minute accommodation plans. We had this booked for 2 MONTHS and they still didn’t have the decency to let people know this was happening.

Where do I begin? What an amazing stay we had at Sheraton Tokoriki! The scenery was beyond perfect, and the resort allows nature to shine through. The people and service were wonderful, so friendly, helpful and fun! Facilities well maintained, rooms were lovely. Food at the main restaurant was divine, and I found the prices justifiable considering the size and remote island location. The changing breakfasts were delicious, loved the authentic curries. Wonderful service without being patronising or pompous. Beach was private and perfect for snorkelling, saw many varieties of butterfly fish and parrot fish especially! My only suggested improvement for the entire trip would be to play more Fijian music (around the pool) Overall a stay to remember and would definitely recommend it to friends.

100% recomendable. Deliciosas comidas, personal súper atento y amable, parecen amigos de toda la vida. Supieron resolver incluso una situación de ultima hora con la logística de regreso a casa. Lugar ideal para sumarle buenos momentos a tu vida.

Tipico sistema sheraton como en el resto del mundo y muy caro pero es lo unico que hay en ese lugar la playa no es muy agradable con escasa sombrillas se ve que la consideran solo un padaje entre el hotel y el mar donde realuzan actividades acuaticas

¿Dónde empiezo? ¡Qué estancia tan increíble tuvimos en el Sheraton Tokoriki! El paisaje era más que perfecto y el complejo permite que la naturaleza brille. La gente y el servicio fueron maravillosos, muy amables, serviciales y divertidos. Instalaciones bien cuidadas, las habitaciones eran preciosas. La comida en el restaurante principal era divina, y los precios me parecieron justificables teniendo en cuenta el tamaño y la ubicación remota de la isla. Los desayunos cambiantes eran deliciosos, me encantaron los auténticos curry. Servicio maravilloso sin ser condescendiente o pomposo. La playa era privada y perfecta para bucear, ¡vimos muchas variedades de peces mariposa y peces loro especialmente! Mi única mejora sugerida para todo el viaje sería tocar más música de Fiji (alrededor de la piscina) En general, una estancia para recordar y sin duda se lo recomendaría a mis amigos.

My wife and I stayed at this resort during our honeymoon. We split up staying here for 4 nights and 4 nights at another resort (we wish we stayed here the whole time). This resort exceeded all expectations! The people living here were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond in every aspect of the trip. This island has beautiful beaches, great restaurants, friendly staff, and it is right next to the island where they filmed Castaway (you can jet ski here). On our final night there Beverly (who is the executive chef) set us up with a private dinner and had the expenses taken care of! If you plan on visiting Fiji, I would recommend spending the entirety of the trip at this resort.
