É acessível e as acomodações são arrumadas. Se você pensa no sudeste da Ásia, o café da manhã parece um pouco frutado, mas se você pensa em outra Europa, tudo bem. É uma caminhada de 20 minutos do centro da cidade, mas os bondes 6 e 13 estão bem na frente dele.

Ficamos no hotel três noites enquanto viajávamos para outras cidades. Eles tiveram a gentileza de guardar parte da bagagem, o que realmente ajudou. Ótima equipe e localização perfeita para o bonde e a principal parada de ônibus. Ótimo lugar!!

El Arcotel Allegra es un lugar genial para alojarse en la desconocida Zagreb. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y el servicio es espléndido. La decoración del hotel es preciosa y original, como todos los de su cadena. Además el hotel tiene un bar muy animado por las tardes donde disfrutar del ambiente de la ciudad.

Just had 3 nights at the Arcotel Zagreb . Bedroom had plenty space and comfy beds . Large bathroom with great shower and toiletries. Superb breakfast hot/cold items with plenty to choose from . Staff were warm friendly and welcoming. Walking distance to railway or bus station . I would stay at the Arcotel again .

Great location but needs some TLC. The rooms are basic and in need of a lick of paint but OK. The hotel advertises the bar opens til midnight every day but it wasn't open past 9pm. Could be much better

Nice place. Bar downstairs open until 1 am offering free ice. Nice rooms. Pizza and burger place next door open late. Fitness center. Room service until 10:30 PM. Free wifi.

We stayed in the hotel three nights while we were travelling to other cities. They were kind enough to keep some of the luggage, which really helped. Nice staff and perfect location to the tram and the main bus stop. Great place!!

Poor cleanliness ..when complaining about the first room i was offered another room, when checking the new room it was not much cleaner than the first one... Don't think they have ever washed the whole floor carpeting in the rooms..

Arcotel is great for business and leisure. It's central, modern and the staff are probably the best & most friendly and professional in all Zagreb. Very highly recommended.

The rooms are clean and what you need them to be for a quick stay. Always take two key cards if you have the opportunity. One stays in a keycard deposit inside your room to turn on the lights (and to keep them on). If you remove it while you're in your room the lights will turn off. The overall look and feel is modern and spacious. The food was good and not expensive. They have a lovely little terrace facing the main street and they have a few table games such as foosball and billiards. It is extremely near the main bus and train stations and easy to use public transportation since many lines come through.

Of all my many stays and nights (90) in 2021, for my stay and 3 nights in this hotel I was the most pleasantly surprised. And the price/ quality ratio couldn't be better. It started before arrival...

Location is perfect. Staff is very friendly. There is a very good restaurant where breakfast is served. I've stayed here for two times and definitely will do it next time. There is also a comfort...

Will come back :) perfect place when visiting Zagreb. Complete hotel is so clean and really comfortable. And one very important fact, you still have spare slippers for the guests while other hotels...
