“The resort was beautiful and most of the staff was very pleasant. I called the resort ahead of time to asure my reservation included my children of 10 and 5 years at no extra fee. They told me they couldn't help to contact booking. Booking said they were included. Turned out I had to pay $5000 pesos more for them”

“Good people work there and they try to make up for the mistakes that the front desk people do. Very clean, beach is nice except for the fact that there are rocks in the beach and you have to be very careful not to hit them or scrape yourself against them. The working staff the waitresses the bartenders only were great. As far as the people that work at the front desk they were very bad. The fact that they did not have our room ready at check in time which was 3:00 p.m.”
