O hotel oferece serviço de recebimento de encomendas, estiveno hoel no periodo de 22/02 a02/03 e o rastereio da minha encomenda diz que o pacote foi entregue no dia 28 as 1:14 PM mas até dia 02 em que fui embora ninguem achou meu pacote.

Valets e carregador de mala não são cordiais, rasgaram a alça de uma das minhas malas. Estacionei para fazer checkin e fui intimado a voltar em 15 minutos para tirar o carro. Recepção cordial. Há opções melhores.

Debitaram um caução no meu cartão e não estornaram 1749 reais , conta errada, difícil,foram muitos devotos não realizados cobrados , não aconselho ninguém a se hospedar. Vão se frustarem e pagar uma Cinara enorme que não usufruíram

This hotel is in a very good location and seems to have been renovated. Likes: 1. Overall ambiance/design. 2. Pool area and beach and service there, 3. Good restaurant on site (although a bit too pricey). 4.Rooms were well equipped with lots of charging options, mult. mirrors, very good shower, storage, good bedding, very good coffee, toiletries, comp. water. 5. Valet - excellent serviceDislikes: 1. Parking at $52/night, given how expensive the room rate was. 2. TV - smart cast features didn't work and it was blocked(remote didn't allow changing input) from connecting your laptop and using your streaming apps 3. Sink outside of the bathroom - it's inconvenient, if it's the only one. 4. Housekeeping: the room was unkempt. In 4 days no one cleaned our room, even after we requested service. I had to personally unclog the slowly draining sink (I'll spare you the pictures of what was in there). The amount of dust on the lamp between our beds could havebeen enough for a family of dust bunnies. The room entrance light didn't work and wasn't fixed.

Posting because all of the negative reviews almost caused me to cancel my booking. I figured they couldn’t be bots because there were just too many of them. Now that I am here I just can’t understand the number of guests posting 1 star reviews.A few facts as of 4/11/22:1) there is no more construction outside the hotel 2) the cleaning service is daily - maybe even starts too early for some so make sure to put up the do not disturb light 3) when you call the front desk they pick up and handle things quickly. We called about the fan in the bathroom not working at about 9 pm - expected someone to come in the morning - they came within. 5 minutesThe hotel is clean and the double Queen rooms are 100% typical/average sizeWe have an ‘ocean view’ which I thought would mean side of the hotel but we are directly in front of the pool with a balcony and clear view of the ocean. Obviously the higher up you are the better the ocean view (see photos of view).Would 100% come back. Oh - and they accommodated early check in at 11 because they had an available room. This made a world of difference in terms of properly starting out vacation.A huge thank you to all the staff at this hotel for going above and beyond and doing everything with a smile

the location is perfect. you can chill at pool or relax at beach. umbrellas are 22 each. clam.shells vary - 200 300 etc. cabanas at pool are 250 or 500 with food. staff is very attentive. they treat every guest like a celebrity. the only issues were with housekeeping - they took until 4 45 ish to clean the room. and our toilet ran constantly - never stopped, never fixed. the food has a lot of variety and is good but a little pricey. room is good size. good water pressure and hot water is fine. we never had body wash in our dispenser though. HUGE shower and bathroom! yoga every morning looked nice but we did not try it. you can use bikes if you can find one. family friendly and also an adult pool

Porque es mentira que hay vista al mar, pagué por una habitación con vista al mar y me dieron una habitación detrás de otro edificio del hotel y en lugar de resolverlo el supervisor me dio muy mala atención e incluso me maltrató hasta que me atendió un superior que me dio una habitación más aceptable xq tenía un poco más de vista al mar, en medio de dos partes del edificio del hotel, en definitiva, nunca obtuve vista al mar, tal como había comprado. Además hace mucho frío dentro del hotel y el impacto de entrar con calor a un ambiente tan frío es muy desagradable. La habitación tiene partes sucias con suciedad acumulada, no hacen limpieza a fondo. No me hospedaría de nuevo en este hotel.

From the minute we walked in, we felt welcomed and pampered. The staff was exceptional, the room was tidied up and cleaned daily, the concierge was fantastic with awesome recommendations and reservation assistance. My husband booked an out-of-this-world spa day at their sister property, Victor Hotel. All the food and drinks were excellent— sipping Miami Vice while listening to the beach waves and feeling the cool ocean breeze… heaven on earth. Do yourself a favor and book a stay!

Overall great location and most of the staff was fantastic. The front desk however passed off a bed as king that is in no way a king bed. Plus my wife had booked and paid extra for an ocean view, and it was at best a partial ocean view. Cadillac should be honest and say partial ocean view and not pass off a non king bed as a king just because it's slightly bigger than a queen but obviously smaller than a king. Nonetheless the beach service and the restaurants' services were great! The guys working the umbrellas were most helpful. The ability to sit at the beach bungalow restaurant with toes in the sand and good food and drink was lovely. The breakfast buffet was fresh and the staff was friendly and great.

I can’t give this place enough stars. They employ the kindest and most help people in Miami. Particularly Frank and the other front desk staff! The rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. Their beach operations just adds to the overall great experience and it’s probably the best set up in the area. Staying here was the best decision I made during my trip!

No vengan a este Hotel te roban y no dan ninguna explicación, se metieron a nuestra habitación el último día antes de irnos aprovechando que estábamos tomando desayuno y nos robaron una tablet y ropa nueva con etiqueta no nos dieron ninguna solución. Elijan otro Hotel o de lo contrario poner una cámara para que no te roben. Desagradable experiencia.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cadillac Hotel and Beach Club.This is an older hotel built in the 40's.It has a lot of character.Then Marriott remodeled and upgraded the rooms.This is a sweet hotel.We took full advantage of the beach club part of the hotel.The hotel is located right on Miami Beach and the rooms include two beach chairs and towels.We stayed on the beach all day just hanging out and relaxing.You can order food and drinks from the guys running the food shack.You can charge it to your room.It was really quiet nice.As the sun lowered in the sky and the beach cooled down, we moved into the courtyard pool area.The pool area was quite protected from the cool January breeze, this allowed us to continue to enjoy the outdoors.We also ate at the on-site restaurant.The Donna Mare restaurant.It is the second time that we are there.The first time was in September (4 months earlier).We loved it enough that we went back last night.Once again we were totally satisfied.I had the ribeye.Since this is an Italian restaurant i wanted their pasta.They allowed me to switch out the veggies and potato and get a side of spaghetti with Alfredo sauce.My meal was so dang good that I took a photo of it.You have to try the restaurant.

We had 2 main issues while staying here, the first being the discovery of ants in the bed frame the mattress lays on. The staff did get it clean and we didn't see any more ants but it's just not something you'd expect at a place that is so expensive. Second is while the staff was very nice they were pretty obviously understaffed and it effects the experience pretty severely, like waiting 1.5 hrs for a valet parked car or 1hr for a beach towel and chair assignment.I'm sure COVID is apart of the issue and also the busy time between Christmas and New Years, but once again for a premium hotel you expect the issues to be known and planned for. Nice location good food usually helpful staff and nice decor and comfortable furniture save this rating from being lower.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The room was beautiful and clean. We loved the style of the hotel with all the white, gold, and navy blue. The pools were relaxing. The beach service was top notch. Nothing like a frozen drink delivered to your chair! We only ate at the outdoor restaurant but it was tasty. The best part of our stay was the service throughout the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially the operations manager Rebecca who took good care of us. We didn’t want to leave and hope to return again!

Muy buen hotel, el servicio a la habitación se debe pedir y lo hacen cada 3 días. No tiene parqueadero. Los ascensores son viejos. El hotel está remodelado hace poco. Queda frente a la playa, pero muchas habitaciones no tienen vista al mar. Tiene 3 piscinas, 1 jacuzzi, 3 restaurantes, 1 bar. La atención es muy buena por parte de los trabajadores.

En estética esta a la altura de cualquier 4 estrellas de la Collins ,también en oferta de servicios es standar ,el personal se.esmera por brindar buena atención, sin embargo crítico quese facturan una vez que una hace el check out conceptos que no fueron informados como con costo adicional, al registrarse . El valet parking más allá del personal súper amable es lento ya que dejan los vehículos en estacionamiento a varias cuadras y al estar en obra la calle el tránsito hace que resulta dificultoso el acceso . El servicio de habitación tuve que pedirlo así como el cambio de toallas, jamás ni en un3 estrellas tuve que reclamar algo básico como eso. No es agradable volver de andar el día entero y encontrar la habitación y el baño comoo quedó por la mañana. Algo super agradable el espacio de piscina , restaurante , masajes frente al mar y la salida a la playa con todas las comodidades de destacar . Algo positivo que agregar el lugar que vende café take away, bebias y comidajusto enfrente , regenteado por Argentinos un must, atención, precio , variedad y calidad

Excelente hotel hecho a la antigua pero con las amenidades de hoy. Amplia habitación y el bar súper surtido para buenas reuniones y conocer personas. La piscina es hermosa y la playa esta al frente con servicio de sillas y parasol. Me quedaría de vuelta allí

El hotel realmente es muy bonito, no obstante el cobro extra por las amenidades me parece que no se justifica y el servicio al cliente realmente tampoco es tan bueno. Además los horarios para uso de piscinas también es muy limitado, nosé si es que depronto obedece a alguna regulación estatal, pero si es una lástima PQ los espacios son MUY chévere.

We went down for a couple of days to Key West and Miami Beach. We stopped at this Hotel on the beach. They hotel is a little older but it is very well kept. We had an ocean view with a balcony and it was amazing and had a great view of the pools down stairs and bar. The beach is only a few step away and has spectacular views. The staff were very friendly and helped us with an issue that I had made on the reservation and quickly fixed it, the receptionist Ryan did a great job checking us in. We just moved to Florida and are looking for great couple of day get aways. I will definitely be back here again!

My husband and I had a real quick Saturday-Sunday trip and the Cadillac Hotel was perfect for us! I have read a lot of people complain about the speed of the front desk, but what they fail to mention is the CRAZY guests that hold up these lines. When we arrived for check in, we had one of the crazies in front of us, making our wait a little longer than anticipated. HOWEVER, the gal that checked us in was so patient and kind. She even was able to check us in early! We had a king room, which was smaller than some others we have stayed in, but a cute room overall! The bed was the comfiest hotel bed we have had in a while! I read some reviews about the walls being thin, but we did not have a noise problem during our visit, just loud slamming doors! There are 2 pools, which don’t have a ton of room for chairs. So, if you want a chair, get out early! However, the beach had plenty of chairs to use! (Loved this part) Also, I highly recommend eating at the Bungalow! Overall, great service, good room, we’d definitely stay here again!

Staff, views and atmosphere of the hotel was great. Loved the green pool deck, cabana seating around the bar area, adult area, gyms and location. The boardwalk to the beach is under construction, but that's almost all of the hotels right now outside of North Beach. Bryan at the front desk was quick to resolve an inconvenience. Which was above and beyond. The beach attendants were great and super helpful when they didn't have to be. Love the extra cushions on the beach chairs. The waters, in house toiletries, softness of the towels and comfort of the beds were great features. Definitely will look at staying here again. Only items of concern was attention to details on the minor maintenance items(lamp) and detail dusting.

Lovely hotel, clean warm pool, clean rooms, great beach. The food at the hotel is very high quality. Great service. Definitely lives up to it's 4-star rating. BTW, seems to attract a very respectable crowd, which can't be said for some larger resorts that cost the same or more. If I was to nitpick, I'd say the rooms are a bit small for the price, and don't really have enough closet/drawer space for more than 2 people.

We were there for Valentine's Day and my girlfriend's birthday (same day). Our experience at the Cadillac was great from the minute we checked in... We were upgraded to a pool view room, which was a really nice treat, and after arriving in our room, we had a visit from a hotel staff member who brought us a bottle of wine, courtesy of the hotel, as a birthday present. The location was great and the staff were helpful. There's not much there for Vegans, but there are fantastic Vegan restaurants on the Island (both North and South Miami Beach).

Great ambiance, and great service! Room was clean, comfortable, and with tasteful decor. Super friendly staff truly treat you like a guest. Francesca at the front desk was notably helpful, and accommodating! There is a pool, hot tub, and restaurant/bar just off the boardwalk. There is direct beach and boardwalk access for the pool area. There are comfortable beach chairs and towels available on the beach for hotel guests.

We've stayed in a bunch of different Marriott hotels and compared to some of the others this one is very underwhelming. The hotel lobby was nice and all the service was very fast and friendly. The rooms however are ridiculously small. We had a standard guest room with ocean view. The quality of the room also seemed a step down from what we have come to expect from Marriott hotels. With so many options in the area I would look elsewhere.

Really enjoyed our stay. I love the historic building and the decor. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The pool and Beach area are excellent but the thing that stuck out the most was the wonderful staff. Everybody was very attentive and accommodating during our entire stay. I definitely recommend and will be staying again next time we visit Miami. Thank you!

The staff is very helpful. Hotel is nicely designed. It has two pools, adult only and kids pool. The hotel has access to the exclusive sandy beach. Breakfast is nice and the menu is well designed. It is a family friendly place. The only downside is the drink and food menu by the pool. The menu is overpriced and the food portion is super small. I ordered shrimp tacos, and it looked like a mini taco for the price of way above average. I will still consider this place for our next visit.
