“Pros: The hotel staff at the front desk was very professional and accommodating. Special shout out to Caterina who was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The breakfast was underwhelming considering all of the rave reviews I have read about. The wifi was incredibly slow and would often cut off entirely for minutes at a time. Not appropriate if you are here for a business stay. And finally, the hotel (for some reason) had air fresheners constantly spraying in the halls. The problem I experienced was my hall had no ventilation and every 6 mins two air fresheners would shoot chemicals into the hall and the build up was literally intolerable. I could not breath in the hall or in my room without coughing and would wake up in the morning with a sore throat. We asked the hotel to turn them off, and they would not. This was the one thing they were not helpful on. It made my stay completely uncomfortable and I would not recommend anyone stay here for that reason alone.”
