aquecedor de água quente explodiu, metade inteira do prédio está fora de ação com ventiladores de limpeza soprando em todos os andares. há um wifi tão ruim no 4º andar que poderia muito bem ser discado a partir de 1989. Não tenho certeza do que está acontecendo com o Hampton Inns ultimamente, mas eles estão na mesma linha agora de um motel de 1 estrela. Severamente impressionado e adicionando este local à "lista" de nunca mais voltar.

Hampton Inns são geralmente um dos meus lugares favoritos para ficar ao fazer viagens rodoviárias. Aprecio as camas e travesseiros confortáveis e o café da manhã gratuito. Eu não vou, no entanto, ficar neste local novamente. Parecia pobre em comparação com outros hotéis Hampton Inn e tivemos problemas durante a nossa estadia que provavelmente foram o resultado de manutenção diferida. A localização fora da rodovia é boa, mas é necessária uma atualização.

Eu não ficaria neste hotel novamente. Não é culpa da equipe. Eles foram muito simpáticos, profissionais e atenciosos. Este hotel fica ao lado do aeroporto e da rodovia, o que o torna muito alto para começar. Além disso, este hotel acomoda habitações públicas e pessoas que vivem lá em uma base constante que não são atenciosos com os viajantes. Eles não devem colocar viajantes e pessoas que moram lá nos mesmos andares. O hotel é extremamente barulhento e não para um viajante que precisa dormir bem. O quarto era limpo e adequado.

No volvería a alojarme en este hotel. No es culpa del personal. Fueron muy amables, profesionales y serviciales. Este hotel está al lado del aeropuerto y de la autopista, lo que lo hace muy ruidoso para empezar. Además, este hotel alberga viviendas públicas y personas que viven allí de forma estable y que no son consideradas con los viajeros. No deben poner en los mismos pisos a viajeros y personas que viven allí. El hotel es extremadamente ruidoso y no para un viajero que necesita dormir bien. La habitación estaba limpia y adecuada.

Los Hampton Inn suelen ser uno de mis lugares favoritos para hospedarme cuando hago viajes por carretera. Aprecio las cómodas camas y almohadas y el desayuno gratis. Sin embargo, no volveré a alojarme en este lugar. Parecía en mal estado en comparación con otros hoteles Hampton Inn y tuvimos problemas durante nuestra estadía que probablemente fueron el resultado del mantenimiento diferido. La ubicación fuera de la autopista es buena, pero se necesita una actualización.

hot water heater blew, entire half of the building is out of action with clean up fans blowing on every floor. there's such bad wifi on the 4th floor it might as well be dial up from 1989.I'm not sure what's happening with Hampton Inns as of late, but they are along the same lines now of a 1 star motel.Severely unimpressed and adding this location to the "list" of never to return.

I would not stay at this hotel again. It is no fault to the staff. They were very friendly, professional, and accommodating. This hotel is next to the airport and highway which makes it very loud to begin with. Also, this hotel accommodates public housing and people who live there on a steady basis who are not considerate to travelers. They should not put travelers and people who live there on the same floors. The hotel is extremely loud and not for a traveler who needs to get a good nice sleep. The room was clean and adequate.

Hampton Inns are usually one of my favorite places to stay when taking road trips. I appreciate the comfortable beds and pillows and the free breakfast. I won't, however, be staying at this location again. It appeared shabby compared to other Hampton Inn hotels and we had issues during our stay that likely were the result of deferred maintenance. The location off the highway is good, but an update is needed.

Deixei itens no meu quarto, liguei, eles garantiram meus itens, enviei uma etiqueta para Michelle, e o gerente, eles embalaram minhas coisas e deram um passo adiante, deixaram na UPS para mim. La instalación estaba limpia, el desayuno no era el desayuno normal de un hotel, ¡era una COMIDA! Dejé artículos en mi habitación, llamé, aseguraron mis artículos, le envié una etiqueta a Michelle, y el gerente empacaron mis cosas y dieron un paso más, lo dejaron en UPS por mí. The facility was clean, the breakfast was not your ordinary hotel breakfast, it was a MEAL! I left items in my room, I called, they secured my items I sent a label to Michelle, and the manager, they packed my things and took it a step further, dropped it off at UPS for me. I have NEVER experienced this type of service before… As a “Dance Mom” my daughter and I travel a lot, this is by far our BEST EXPERIENCE!!!! Thank you guys!! Monette Bryant~

A equipe menos profissional e antiética que já encontrei - depois de dois homens vestidos de preto baterem na porta do nosso quarto de hotel às 4 da manhã que se recusaram a se anunciar e começaram a nos ameaçar, xingando que ele nos levaria algemados naquele momento. Estou chocado com o nível de má gestão aqui, porque quando eu, preocupado e me sentindo ameaçado, liguei para a recepção para ver se eles eram de fato funcionários do hotel, eles não levaram as preocupações a sério e consideraram que sua segurança estava fazendo seu trabalho. Eu nunca na minha vida tive uma experiência tão horrível e assustadora em que eu nem mesmo me sentisse confortável dormindo no quarto de hotel que paguei. O que é uma decepção e posso dizer que nunca iremos ficar com um Hampton Inn ou afiliado nunca mais.

Nós não planejamos ficar aqui, mas a American Airlines nos colocou aqui por uma noite devido a atrasos / cancelamentos de voos. Foi rápido, eles foram amigáveis, foi limpo e seguro. Não poderíamos ter pedido um lugar mais próximo ou uma equipe melhor em meio a circunstâncias frustrantes.

We didn't plan on staying here, but American Airlines put us here for a night due to flight cancellations/delays. It was quick, they were friendly, it was clean, it was safe. We couldn't have asked for a closer place or better staff amidst frustrating circumstances.

The most unprofessional and unethical staff I’ve ever encountered— after two men in all black bang on our hotel room door at 4am who refuse to announce themselves then began to threaten us, cursing that he would take us out in handcuffs right then. I’m appalled at the level of mismanagement here because when I, concerned and feeling threatened, called the front desk to see if these in fact were hotel employees they did not take out concerns seriously and sided that their security was doing their job. I’ve never in my life had such a supremely awful and scary experience where I didn’t even feel comfortable sleeping in the hotel room I paid for. What a disappointment and can happily say we will never stay with a Hampton Inn or affiliate ever again.

Não posso dizer coisas excelentes o suficiente sobre este hotel! Nosso grupo ficou aqui por várias noites, enquanto na cidade correndo uma corrida e eles fizeram tudo para nos acomodar. Vários telefonemas / perguntas antes do tempo, várias viagens de ida e volta para o aeroporto, um número ridículo de solicitações enquanto estávamos lá :) Todos foram super legais e Jody, especificamente, foi incrível. O lugar era limpo, confortável, fácil e tem um ótimo café da manhã completo.

I can't say enough great things about this hotel! Our group stayed here for several nights while in town running a race and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Multiple phone calls/questions ahead of time, several shuttles back and forth to the airport, a ridiculous number of requests while we were there :) Everyone was super nice and Jody, specifically, was awesome. The place was clean, comfortable, easy, and has a great full breakfast.
