“A very run-down hotel; at the booking stage, I requested renovated rooms. The gentleman on the phone that was assisting me with the booking asked me if I would prefer connected rooms as we are a family. I said that would be great. When we were given our rooms, they were awful. Old rooms, tasteless, run-down furniture, run-down bathrooms just bad. When I explained that at the booking stage, I had requested renovated rooms, they responded "well we thought that u changed as we gave you a family room." Needless to say that when I asked back my original rooms, they said they were given away. Typical poor Polish service and attitude. All in all, I wouldn't recommend Hilton. Absolutely no value for what you pay.”

“Nice. Not the absolute favorite lately but clean, modern and silent. Also very much in the center of this beautiful city and I enjoyed the stay for sure.
The restaurant menu is a little light. But local specialties taste amazing.”
