Este gerente do hotel é muito rude, desrespeitoso e, em geral, desagradável de lidar. Eu tinha uma reserva dupla para este hotel que foram feitas por engano. Ao tentar cancelar, o gerente do hotel se recusou a falar comigo ou retornar minhas ligações. Eu finalmente tive que falar com a empresa que conseguiu me conectar ao gerente do hotel. Assim que a empresa saiu da teleconferência, o gerente parou de ser agradável e começou a recitar as letras miúdas do hotel e depois desligou na minha cara. Estou hospedado em propriedades Hilton há quase duas décadas e nunca experimentei um gerente de hotel se comportar dessa maneira. Ela agia como se eu a estivesse irritando antes mesmo de falar comigo, em sua recusa em atender minha ligação ou retornar minha mensagem. Sua recepcionista foi, no entanto, muito agradável e pediu desculpas por não poder me ajudar. Em última análise, a empresa lidou com o problema de maneira muito profissional.

This hotel manager is very rude, disrespectful, and overall unpleasant to deal with. I had a double booking for this hotel that were both made in error. Upon attempting to cancel, the hotel manager refused to speak with me or return my calls. I ultimately had to speak with corporate who were able to connect me to the hotel manager. Once corporate left the conference call, the manager stopped being pleasant and began to recite the hotel's fine print and then hung up on me. I've been staying at Hilton properties for nearly two decades and have never experienced a hotel manager behave in such a manner. She acted as though I was getting on her nerves ever before she ever spoke with me, in her refusal to take my call or return my message. Her front desk clerk was however very nice and very apologetic about not being able to assist me. Ultimately corporate handled the problem in a very professional manner.

Este é um lugar agradável na marca Hilton. Os quartos são grandes e o nosso tinha uma cortina para dividir as camas da área do sofá para privacidade. A área da piscina coberta também era boa. O local é bem cuidado, limpo e organizado. É bem em frente ao shopping Outlet, Casino e muitos bons restaurantes. Há uma mercearia na esquina e até um Walmart para pegar os itens que você pode precisar. Perto e fácil acesso ao centro de Baltimore, ao aeroporto e às principais rodovias. Eu morava na região e sinto muita falta. Eu recomendaria e ficarei novamente.

Fiquei neste hotel depois de fazer uma cirurgia porque não consegui usar escadas e foi a melhor decisão que tomei. A suíte limpa, bem abastecida com xampu e sabonete líquido e todas as comodidades. O serviço ao cliente foi ótimo. Liam foi excepcional. Ela foi muito além do dever para se certificar de que fomos atendidos. Obrigada.

This is a nice place in the Hilton brand. The rooms are large and ours had a curtain to divide the beds from the sofa area for privacy. The indoor pool area was nice too. The place is well kept , neat and clean. It's right across the street from the Outlet mall, Casino and many good restaurants.There is a grocery store on the corner and even a Walmart to pick up items you may need. Close to and easy access to downtown Baltimore, the Airport and major highways. I used to live in the area and really miss it. I would recommend and will stay again.

I stayed at this hotel after having surgery because was unable to use stairs and it was the best decision I made. The suite clean, well stocked with shampoo and body wash and all the amenities. Customer service was great. Liam was exceptional. She went way beyond the call of duty to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you.

Este hotel sempre superando minhas expectativas. Os funcionários são simpáticos, bem cuidados, muito limpos e tem uma pequena cozinha com frigorífico. É muito conveniente viajar com dois adolescentes. O quarto padrão de duas camas queen também tem um sofá com mesa, muito maior do que o outro quarto de duas camas padrão. Oh lavanderia grátis também. Muito mais posso acrescentar a isso, mas vou parar por aqui.

Hotel incrível com uma excelente equipe! O bar de café-da-manhã estava sempre bem abastecido. Os quartos eram impecáveis. Os quartos são bem pensados - todos têm geladeira, micro-ondas e lava-louças. Você pode solicitar uma placa de indução na recepção. Além disso, eles têm um ótimo espaço de pátio com churrasqueiras embutidas! Um dos melhores hotéis que já estive!

Este hotel siempre supera mis expectativas. El personal es amable, bien mantenido, muy limpio y tiene una pequeña cocina con refrigerador. Es muy conveniente viajar con dos adolescentes. La habitación estándar con dos camas queen también tiene un sofá con escritorio, mucho más grande que otras habitaciones con dos camas estándar. Oh lavandería gratis también. Mucho más puedo agregar a esto, pero me detendré aquí.

Increíble hotel con un gran personal! La barra de desayuno siempre estaba bien equipada. Las habitaciones estaban impecables. Las habitaciones están bien pensadas, todas tienen nevera, microondas y lavavajillas. Puede solicitar una placa de inducción en la recepción. Además, tienen un gran espacio de patio con parrillas empotradas. Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado!

Amazing hotel with a great staff! The breakfast bar was always well stocked. Rooms were spotless. The rooms are well thought out - all of them have a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. You can request an induction plate from the front desk. In addition, they have a great patio space with built in grills! One of the best hotels I have been to!

This hotel always exceeding my expectation. The staffs are friendly, well maintained, very clean and has little kitchen with refrigerator. It’s really convenient to travel with two teens. The standard two queens room has a sofa too with desk, so much bigger than other two standard beds room. Oh free laundry too. So much more I can add to this, but I will stop right here.

As pessoas (Ramona) na recepção e a senhora que cuida do café da manhã foram muito calorosas e acolhedoras. A senhora do café da manhã foi ao redor de cada grupo para avisá-los que estava prestes a fechar e levar mais comida desejada. Eu me senti muito confortável em ficar aqui, e o café era muito bom para um hotel. Normalmente eu não posso esperar para chegar em casa para uma boa xícara!

O chuveiro é escorregadio. Tome cuidado. Ajustar a temperatura do chuveiro era quase impossível. É difícil descrever. É uma daquelas luminárias de alça única. O banheiro funciona ..... alto, no meio da noite. 2 lâmpadas estavam apagadas quando chegamos. E por que ninguém limpa a piscina quando está fechada? Tenho a impressão de que, como a piscina é "gratuita", ninguém faz nada, mas isso parece ser comum.

Folks (Ramona) at the front desk and the lady who handles the breakfast were very warm and welcoming. The breakfast lady went around to each group to let them know it was about to close and to take any more food desired. I felt very comfortable staying here, and the coffee was quite good for a hotel. Usually I can''t wait to get home for a good cup!

The shower is slick. Be careful. Adjusting the shower temperature was almost impossible. It is difficult to describe. It is one of those single handle fixtures. The toilet runs.....loudly, in the middle of the night. 2 light bulbs were out when we arrived. And why does no one clean the pool when it is closed? I get the impression that since the pool is "free", no one does anything, but this seems to be common.

Primeiro, o aplicativo me permitiu a opção de fazer check-in e check-out rapidamente. Adorei o recurso de chave digital no aplicativo, que me permitiu destrancar a porta do quarto. O lobby do hotel era limpo, a equipe foi amigável e os quartos eram muito agradáveis. O quarto tinha cortinas suspensas que permitiam a opção de dividir o quarto. O quarto possui uma cozinha com um tamanho padrão refrigerador, pia, lava-louças, grande microondas, pratos e utensílios. Você pode até mesmo solicitar um fogão elétrico na recepção se quiser cozinhar. Com certeza ficarei no Home2 Suites by Hilton novamente.

En primer lugar, la aplicación me permitió la opción de registrarme y pagar rápidamente. Me encantó la función de llave digital en la aplicación que me permitió abrir la puerta de la habitación. El vestíbulo del hotel estaba limpio, el personal era amable y las habitaciones eran muy bonitas. La habitación tenía cortinas colgantes que te permitían la opción de dividir la habitación. La habitación tenía una cocina con una nevera de tamaño estándar, un fregadero, un lavavajillas, un microondas grande, platos y utensilios. Incluso puede solicitar un quemador de placa caliente en la recepción si desea cocinar. Definitivamente me quedaré en Home2 Suites by Hilton nuevamente.

First off the app allowed me the option to quickly check in and checkout. I loved the digital key feature on the app which allowed me to unlock the room door. The hotel lobby was clean, the staff was friendly and the rooms were very nice. The room had hanging curtains that allowed you the option to divide the room. The room had a kitchen with a standard size refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, large microwave, dishes and utensils. You could even request a hot plate burner at the front desk if you wanted to cook. I will definitely stay at the Home2 Suites by Hilton again.
