Pior hotel para uma marca Homewood Suites. Mal precisa de uma reforma de todos os móveis, móveis, banheira, roupa de cama, etc. NÃO exagerando. A equipe da recepção é principalmente RUDE. O café da manhã é sempre 15 minutos atrasado e fecha 30 minutos mais cedo. O cara para de colocar pratos vazios meia hora antes. Comida insuficiente. geralmente frutas, iogurte e waffles estão fora de estoque. Muito rude mesmo. Vergonhoso e decepcionante.

Este é o único hotel em toda Houston que tinha uma suíte de 3 quartos. Sala de estar com sofá-cama, 2 quartos adicionais com 3 camas no total. Quartos grandes. Excelente para uma família de 5. Os quartos são um pouco datados, mas satisfatórios

Worst hotel for a Homewood Suites brand. Badly needs a rehaul of all furniture, furnishings, bathtub, linen, etc. NOT exaggerating. Front desk staff is mostly RUDE. Breakfast is always 15 mins late and closes 30 mins early. The guy stops placing empty plates half an hr early. Insufficient food. usually fruit, yogurt and waffles are out of stock. Very rude indeed. Shameful and disappointing.

This is the Only Hotel in all of Houston that had a 3 room suite. Living room with sofa bed, 2 additional rooms with 3 beds total. Large rooms. Excellent for a family of 5. Rooms are a little dated, but satisfying

Ótima disposição do quarto, cama confortável e excelente equipe. Quarto e instalações foram todos muito limpos e mantidos. As manhãs oferecem ótimas opções de café da manhã. A mulher da recepção foi muito atenciosa e paciente durante o processo de check-in. Esta localização é muito tranquila, sem ruído da estrada, eles também têm uma área de piscina muito agradável e quadras de basquete.

Quarto velho e cansado com uma oferta de pequeno-almoço muito pobre. Mas a razão pela qual estou dando apenas 1 estrela é a atitude da senhora que atende à sala de café da manhã. Como a oferta era tão ruim em termos de seleção e qualidade, eu queria tirar uma foto para minha revisão e, ao mesmo tempo, colocar de volta meu prato na caixa de pratos sujos; portanto, eu tinha meu prato quando me aproximei da mesa. Ela pensou que eu estava prestes a pegar um pouco de comida e gritou da outra “senhor, você precisa de um prato limpo”; sim claro, mas que tal você usar algumas luvas ao manusear os alimentos. Eu a vi tocando várias áreas sujas e depois comida.

Habitación vieja y cansada con una oferta de desayuno muy pobre. Pero la razón por la que le doy solo 1 estrella es la actitud de la señora que atiende la sala de desayunos. Debido a que la oferta era tan pobre en términos de selección y calidad, quería tomar una foto para mi revisión y al mismo tiempo volver a poner mi plato en la caja de platos sucios; por lo tanto, tenía mi plato cuando me acerqué a la mesa. Ella pensó que estaba a punto de conseguir algo de comida y gritó desde el otro "señor, necesita un plato limpio"; sí, claro, pero ¿qué tal si usas guantes cuando manipulas la comida? La vi tocar múltiples áreas sucias y luego comida.

Excelente distribución de la habitación, cama cómoda y excelente personal. La habitación y las instalaciones estaban muy limpias y cuidadas. Las mañanas ofrecen excelentes opciones de desayuno. La mujer de la recepción fue muy servicial y paciente durante el proceso de registro. Esta ubicación es muy tranquila, sin ruido de la carretera, también tienen un área de piscina muy agradable y canchas de baloncesto.

Great room layout, comfortable bed, and great staff. Room and facilities were all very clean and kept up. Mornings offer great breakfast options. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and patient during the check-in process. This location is very quiet with no road noise, they also have a very nice pool area and basketball courts.

Old and tired room with a very poor breakfast offering. But the reason I’m giving only 1 star is the attitude of the lady attending the breakfast room. Because the offering was so poor in terms of selection and quality I wanted to take a picture for my review and at the same time put back my plate in the dirty dishes box; therefore I had my plate when I approached the table. She thought I’m about to get some food and yelled from the other “sir you need a clean plate”; yes sure but how about you wear some gloves when handling the food. I saw her touching multiple dirty areas and then food.

Fiquei agradavelmente surpreendido com este hotel, pelo preço foi muito bom. O quarto era ótimo e gostava de ter o sofá-cama disponível. Utilizei a lavanderia e a banheira de hidromassagem, ambas limpas e fiquei feliz em poder usá-las. Houve construção na estrada fora do hotel, mas não afetou nada a ver com a nossa estadia.

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, for the price it was really nice. The room was great and enjoyed having the sofa bed available. Utilized the laundry and the hot tub both of which were clean and I was glad to be able to use them. There was construction on the road outside of the hotel but it did not affect anything to do with our stay.

My family and I stayed here for a week. We loved it. Ms. Dee is the best. You feel right at home with her! Danielle that works the front desk is amazing. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is very clean. The staff takes pride in working here. The breakfast was great all 8 days we stayed here. We definitely will be coming back here.
