When in Berlin and looking for a convenient, central, clean rooms, good service etc., the only place I would suggest in town is NH Collections Hotel. You can reach anywhere in Berlin because you have all means just after 5mns walk. If you love walking, this is the right place. You can reach many places in just a limited time

Pros: - This place is located so close to the U-Bahn and convenient to access - The hotel itself is modern, clean and superb - Everything you need is available within the hotel in terms of amenities - The rooms are spacious and modern - The staff is so nice and always smiling - The staff goes above and beyond to help (A kind lady at the breakfast went and got some vegan nuggets for me to eat, just because the breakfast did not have enough vegan options. Little gestures like these matter a lot!) Cons: - None that I can think of I highly recommend this place!

This hotel was perfect for our 1st family vacation to Berlin! The location is perfect! You can walk to many different restaurants, cafes, and shops. The Berlin Mall is 1 block away. If it's not in walking distance it's ok because the train station is right next to the building, just go out make a left and it's at the 1st light. The hotel itself is nice and cozy. The staff is very sweet and friendly. We stayed during the Christmas season and every time we visited the front desk someone gave our son chocolates or candy, needless to say he loved it. The whole city of Berlin is vibrant with things to do and experience during the Christmas holidays, we loved the Christmas Markets and all of the decorations. Definitely suggestion riding the Hop On, Hop Off bus, well worth it! We will be back ❤

I stayed in this hotel for four nights to celebrate my birthday and I couldn't have chosen a better place! Beautifully decorated in a great location, right in the middle of everything, really easy to walk around and explore the city. The mood room is unbelievable! Extremely comfortable, music and lights of your choosing, big bathroom with great amenities, everything was just perfect. The breakfast was fantastic, a buffet with an immense variety of products with great quality. The restaurant also offers a diverse list of food and beverages, definitely recommend it. Outstanding costumer service, very helpful and kind staff, always available to attend to your every need. Special thanks to Filip and Andreas for all the help they provided us and to Mr. Joshua for making our stay so memorable, words will never be enough. Just incredible, will definitely come back! Thank you for such a lovely experience!

Can't find a bad thing to say about my stay in this hotel! Good facilities in a great location, right in the middle of the city, making it very easy to explore. Excellent breakfast with a huge variety of products. The mood room is amazing, extremely comfortable and well decorated, a very nice touch. Very professional and attentive staff, always available to help you. Special thank you to Filip, Andreas and Mr. Joshua for all the help they provided and for making our experience so amazing. Definitely something to repeat!

Truly had a memorable experience in this hotel ! From guest service Stephanie providing all the assistance to prepare a memorable birthday weekend for my mother in Berlin, to Laura and Andrew at the front desk, and the breakfast Lady who made us feel very confortable away from home ! premium Room with balcony defiantly worth to book hence you get the city feel without having to leave the hotel, Breakfast buffet is also excellent , wide range of products ajusted to different cultures / restrictions! Thank you and will be back for sure !! ☺️

Me parece increíble que a las 5:50 comenzase a sonar música de ambiente en los pasillos del hotel a todo volumen. Evidentemente tuvimos que llamar a recepción y la quitaron. No entiendo nada.

Loved this hotel! Stayed here a week in October. Convenient location, on UBahn, good shopping and restaurants nearby. Hotel is clean, updated, rooms are comfy, and a wonderful breakfast is available. Staff are friendly and helpful. I'd come here again.

Very nice hotel, excellent location with walking distance to most sightseeing in city center. Rich choice and tasty breakfast, clean rooms and good mattresses, all we needed for a long weekend. Will definitely return.

Great location, clean and very nice room with small balcony. Great choice for our 4 day stay, 1 minute walk from metro, very close to most of historical sightseeing spots. One star down, as there was no ventilation in the bathroom and the light in the room was provided only via bedside lamps. No lamp in the entrance area with all the storage space which made it very difficult to dress or in general exist in the main room. Other than that a very nice personnel!

The location couldn’t be better. Rooms are clean too. Breakfast is excellent. But: I would say for a 4 star hotel, the quality of the service could be better. 2 of the 4 elevators were broken for 10 days. There were always queues. The competence of the staff unfortunately depends on who you are speaking to. Also, I had 3 different rooms during my stay, and 2 of them had cracks in the toilet bowl.

Excelente ubicacion El servicio no corresponde a un 4 estrellas ,te dicen que por covid tenes 15 minutos para desayunar, tuvimos un problema en el baño y nos cambiaron de habitacion ( a una de menor valor) porque no tienen personal Si necesitas hay que pedirlo,cafe te en habitacion no recargan nada. Problemas con reembolso de garantia.una lastima

Colleague fell very ill and couldn't make it to Berlin. The hotel had advised that if we could provide them with a doctor's note that they would refund half the original amount charged for the room. After sending in the hospital documents and several follow ups, the hotel manager has not bothered to respond at all. It's been a month now, very poor customer service. I handle all of our corporate bookings and my colleagues travel to Germany 6-8 times a year. I will never, ever book them at this hotel ever again.
