“Hotel is nice, staff at the reception and cleaning staff is very good, friendly and helpful, that's 5 stars.
But service ahead of arrival was not existing. I asked after the best option to park my car, never got an answer. And worse, I booked the hotel because of the pool, but the pool were closed, due to wired reasons without being informed ahead of arrival as long you can cancel it. That's 1 star. Makes 3 all together.”
