Ótimo hotel para trânsito e estadias curtas. Pessoal muito simpático no café da manhã e na recepção! A situação do estacionamento é muito boa, seja no subsolo ou na frente da casa.Limpo, silencioso e espaçoso.

This would have had more stars but it does not have air conditioning and although it’s lovely and modern we were baking in our room. We kept trying to make the thermostat work in the middle of the night, to no avail. So we opened the windows but on the first floor the street noise and barking dogs kept us awake all night. No sleep which ruined our following day. The attached restaurant is fantastic.

Fuimos a pasar unos días en familia y sencillamente todo perfecto: instalacciones, limpieza, servicio, acceso, ubicación... Personal muy atento y amable, pendientes en todo momento de hacernos pasar una estancia lo más agradable posible. Un lujo y un placer. Sin duda, repetiremos. ¡Muchísimas gracias!

Hacia un calor tremendo y no había aire acondicionado. Al bajar a recepción nos dijeron que tampoco tenían calefacción. La verdad es que me parece fatal que un hotel como este no tenga ni aire ni calefacción. Si vais a reservar, llamar primero e informaros.

Muy elegante y decorado este hotel. Hemos pasado varios días hospedados y todo ha estado muy bien. Un sitio tranquilo a donde llegar para descansar, comer algo en su increíble restaurante y salir a la playa que está solo a 3 calles.

Nos hemos alejado tres adultos y una pequeña mascota..llegamos y en la habitación solo habia cama para dos adultos, reclamamos y nos pusieron una supletoria Te cobran 35 euros x la mascota y no puede estar en las zonas comunes. La habitación muy pequeña para 3 adultos. La verdad es q para un 4 estrellas deja mucho q desear.

Beware this hotel doesn’t have air conditioning so although it’s listed as a 4 star in winter they can’t run a/c only heat so the rooms are boiling hot and you can’t cool them. Only option option open the window onto a busy street with noisy traffic. A nice hotel just one thing they don’t advise guests of. I had a discussion with the manager but he was dismissive of this and said it was up to me to write a review. So here it is!

Fantastic team! My boyfriend and I had planned a trip to see my family for Christmas, that had to be cancelled last minute because of Covid cases in my family. The 1 night we were supposed to stay at the NH San Sebastian therefore had to be cancelled, however the team at the hotel was very easy to reach and communicate with, and was kind enough to facilitate the cancelation. We are very grateful and will definitely opt for the NH anytime we will be back in San Sebastian.

I've spent a lot of time here and it's always the same wonderful experience. The staff are fluent in Spanish, Basque and English (and probably more!) and always helpful and polite. The breakfast is something I always look forward to. It's a smorgasbord style filled with freshly cooked eggs etc., pastries, cereals, fresh fruit etc... Two minutes walk to the beach in a safe area, 20mins walk along the beach to the old town for a feast! What more can to ask for?!

Food was great and reasonably priced for fine dining. There wasn't a lot of choice though.tables were very well spaced out and Covid hygiene well respected unlike other places in San Sebastian. Note the restaurant is not dog friendly but the bar area is. Staff are likely happy to accommodate (it wasn't too busy despite being peak August season)

Excelente hotel, fica um pouco longe do centro de San Sebastian, mas tem praia acerca de 5 quadras. Um bom supermercado perto e muito facil de estacionar nas ruas ao redor. Equipa 5 estrelas!

I stayed at the NH for a long stay while visiting family in San Sebastian. There were pandemic-related restrictions in place, but the NH still did a fantastic job and I had a great stay. The hotel is well located, a short walk to the beach but set back from the busier roads closer to the beach, so it's very quiet. The hotel staff was fantastic, they were incredibly helpful. The bed is great, nice solid quality, and I slept fantastic during my trip. My only issue I ever had was some noisy other nearby guests here and there, but the hotel staff very kindly and gracefully dealt with any issues that came up (which were also very rare, and I stayed quite a while). I would be happy to stay here again and would highly recommend staying at the NH.
