Shower didn't work right. Most of the water didn't redirect so the pressure was very low. One of the lights in our room was out. The coffee maker also didn't work. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but I expected more than that. The bar was poor. The bar tender was unknowledgeable and way too stingy for the over priced drinks. The parking was also awkward. At checkout, we Indicated that we would like someone at the hotel to follow up with us about our stay, which was more than two week ago, and we never heard from them. I'll stay somewhere else next time.

This location is located in north Indianapolis with easy access to local streets and the interstate highways. It’s attached to a shopping mall and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. It’s clear this is a more affluent area. I arrived in the middle of the afternoon, but my room wasn’t ready. The lobby was comfortable and it was easy for me to work for a few hours. The staff clearly saw me there working, but never once approached me if/when my room was available. The room was spacious and appropriately furnished. The beds weren’t amazing, but they did the job. There’s some remodeling or construction occurring, so be prepared for a little noise during the day and false fire alarms. Overall, it’s a Marriott property, but clearly not concerned about overall service to guests or Bonvoy members with status.

So my stay really wasn’t that bad as some of the reviews on here are stating. I will say the rooms do have a weird smell but are tolerable. Beds comfortable, no bed bugs in my room. The showers do take about 10 minutes to get hot. The hotel itself is very dated but not terrible. Most definitely not to the standards of your average Sheraton stay, hotel absolutely needs a makeover and the cleanliness is low. They dont really care for the facility like they should. The staff was so kind, that’s what made my stay comfortable. As someone who stays in hotels frequently for work, All in all I did enjoy my stay.

This is a great hotel, well taken care of, and good staff. The hot water was a significant issue, as the shower took at least 15 min to warm up. From what the staff said, it was all of their rooms, after we asked to be moved. But, the African American women at the front desk, were awesome. Would be the perfect experience, if not for the plumbing.

This hotel was very nice. The thing I liked most was that the room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable so I did get a nice sleep. The reason I didn’t give a five star rating is because of the shower, it was a walk in shower with a shower curtain instead of a regular shower door. When my husband took a shower he got water all over the bathroom floor, it looked like a flood when he was finished. I attribute this to the shower not having a regular shower door instead of a curtain, for you see this definitely makes a difference. The staff was very friendly and attentive. If and when we come up this way again, we will like to stay at this hotel again.
