Nice hotel and service. Lobby area is nicely updated. Rooms are a tad dated but still very nice. Great service at front desk and valet. On-site parking if you don’t want to do valet. Had dinner at Aria in the lobby that was good. Location is perfect just a quick walk to the river area with bars, restaurants, movie theater, entertainment, etc.

Very clean and well maintained property. The decor of the area adjacent to the reception is amazing. Even the business center is camouflaged in area theme. The gym is fantastic as well with many machines. The only gripes of the room are the outdated TV and small bathroom. The hotel is going through renovations though. Starting from top to bottom (at 15th floor during visit) and scheduled to finish by end of year. However, I was told the bathrooms will not get bigger. Bummer. The downstairs bar is a good place to finish up work. There are plenty of tables of different seating with good food and drink. The breakfast buffet offers runny scrambled eggs, thick bacon, and sausages along with typical continental fare. Staff were helpful, informative, compassionate, caring, and accommodating.

Fantastic experience! Great location; can easily walk or take trolley to explore beautiful downtown area. The main floor of hotel was gorgeous. LOTS of options for food & drink. Staff was amazing, very pleasant and accommodating. Easy access from parking garage to hotel. Our room was perfect; clean, comfy beds, big fluffy towels, Starbucks coffee, beautiful view of park & the Devon. Highly recommend & would stay again.

The staff is absolutely outstanding. Jenny helped me on Sunday and was an absolute professional with an out of this world, positive and helpful attitude. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. My desk lamp hasn't worked properly either time I've visited but I also didn't ask for a new one. They have an on-site breakfast place and a restaurant with good food and a nice bar. Their shop for snacks, drinks and sundries is exceptionally well stocked and reasonably priced. The location is excellent! Access to downtown and conveniently located near the entrance to Bricktown. This is my second stay this year and I plan to stay here every time I'm in town.

I chose the Sheraton because I have had great experiences at other locations, and this one was rated as 4 Stars. The location was great, and the staff was nice. The room itself was run down. Room was very small. The mini fridge was old and had a constant buzz. Ceiling paint in the bathroom was peeling. TV was outdated. Carpets were old and stained. For a Sheraton and price, I expected another better.
