My room number 2134 2135 very clean tidy by house keeping. First time I stayed in Swiss mecca and the service was excellent. M rizwan for supervisor was very helpful and always keeping the room cleaned. Also housekeeping guy Hamid Hussain was always smiling and welcomed also kept the room Very clean.

TL;DR: great and friendly staff but old/unmaintained rooms We are family of 4, who stayed so far 1 night at “Classic Room Quad Bed Kaaba View” it was 2127. The reception staff (Rania) is amazing and friendly, they gave us early check-in which made the day overall easy. The breakfast staff provided all necessary items very timely and kept restaurant clean. The cleaning staff (Mohamed Rizan) did an incredible cleaning for the room very quickly and sanitized everything after. On other hand, the bathrooms have stains in its building blocks, cold water was not working until we got plumber, toilet handle not functioning well, lights are unstable and power outlets didn’t work. Our stay rate was ~$340 a night so my expectations were bit high given the price.

People are so friendly and helpful starting from reception to all other related offices. THANK YOU HANOUF FOR GIVING US LATE CHECK OUT THAT WAS REALLY HELPFUL AND WELL APPRECIATED. overall the place is nice and neat and very close to Al Haram.

I stayed there for 3 nights, Customer service, breakfast ,room ,view from room all were excellent. There was a small issue of key,but how the team resolved it was amazing. All the staff were really nice and suppotive. I would like to mention one name "RAFID" , this gentleman man was excellent, I will never forget his smile.... Wish all the best for the entire team....

I have stayed at this hotel more than once. I have enjoyed each time I've stayed there. Location is great. Many rooms have great views. Hotel has also great restaurants. Walking distance from a shopping mall, supermarket, food court and lots more. The hotel lobby is nice and staff is friendly. Parking can be hard sometimes.
