Lunch in the lobby. As delicious as it looks. Pleasant atmosphere. The expected excellent service. A fabulous break from the bustle of the city. Great selection of olives. Good selection of loose leaf teas. Did not leave room for sweets.

Love the charm of this hotel. Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all. While I did not get there in time to eat at restaurant, have heard amazing reviews on the restaurant.

Food, service, location - all receive 5 stars from me. From the moment I arrived at The Westin a couple of weeks ago to now, the service quality has been warm and inviting. The food has been delicious with a balanced menu that caters to every mood and craving. The high tea is one of the best I've had with it's unique and fun selection of sweet and savoury. The Westin Melbourne is clearly not just about making a good first impression, they focus on making an exceptional lasting impression. I will definitely recommend anyone to experience the The Westin Melbourne.

Delightful High Tea beautifully presented in the light and airy hotel lobby. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Could not fault the quality of the food, every morsel was delicious. Plenty of tea choices and extensive drinks menu.

Marvellous location in the middle of busiest part of Melbourne and luxury brand shops, clean and quiet rooms. With the stay it also complementary with drinks at the bar, which is nice thing to help you to sleep just before bed. We enjoyed our family stay for our son's birthday gift.
