“Front desk lied to my minor son about having complimentary toothbrushes and told him to buy a $3 toothbrush! I don’t understand the point of this. It’s not about the money but the fact that they would do this to a child. Another employee confirmed that they had plenty! Besides that one employee, everyone else was great!
To add, my son and I entered through the side door only to be charged at by a large pitbull!!! The owner had to pin the dog against the wall to stop it from attacking us! We ran up the stairwell to our floor to avoid walking past them!”

“If you like dogs then this is the hotel for you. The room smelled like dog when I walked in. I had to spray a ton of Lysol.
When I checked in the staff person was eating lunch and when I checked out, the staff person was hiding in the back. I had to holler for her.
The mobile key card does not work because they want to make sure people don't bring unauthorized dogs into the hotel. Knowing this, the check in guy failed to give me a keycard so I had to come back down.
Stay on an upper floor because the floors are paper thin.
Breakfast was good, although, I have never seen a Marriott with a tip jar.”
