“This is my 2nd stay at this hotel due to the tour that I’m on is staying here. The front desk is consistently condescending and rude. It’s absolutely unnecessary to exhibit this behavior. If you don’t like your job go elsewhere. Other hotels under the Hilton brand are not this consistently awful and they typically display excellent service. Being condescending only makes you appear cheap and childish. I would recommend staying elsewhere.”

“Not the best. You can't take breakfast up to your room which sucks if only one of you wants to get up... Service was slow and a little rude. Yes, I don't speak Spanish but I'm paying you, so accommodate me... Great location opposite the national stadium, although it can be very noisy if a concert is going on.”
