“Muy buen hotel. Las camas muy cómodas, todo muy limpio, el personal de recepción perfecto, amables, agradables, muy bien. El desayuno esta genial, muchísima variedad, los bizcochos muy ricos, el café muy bueno. Embutidos, panes, zumos, bollería, fruta, perfecto. Estuvimos cenando la primera noche y el restaurante esta muy bien. Recomendable pillar parking que no es caro y te olvidas. Andando al centro tienes un paseo pero se hace bien. Un hotel, muy, muy recomendable si visitas esta gran ciudad.”

“El hotel es grande y las habitaciones son grandes y también las camas, estuve en habitación doble, muy práctica para tres personas,no había albornoz ni zapatillas como se indicaba en la reserva, el motivo será el covid. El bufé del desayuno bastante bueno tanto dulce como salado. Andando unos 20 minutos al centro, también pasan autobuses. Muy bien comunicado para salir de la ciudad.”

¡Hola! Me gustaría transmitir mi descontento con la cena de graduación celebrada en el mes de abril de 2022. Calidad - precio, el menú dejó mucho que desear, especialmente, el vegetariano, con un segundo plato de verduras insípidas y de cantidad escasa. No recomendable para celebración de eventos o cenas.

En nuestra ocasión tuvimos una comida de mucha gente Estábamos 140 personas, y se amoldaron al precio que teníamos acordado anteriormente con otro restaurante que nos dejó tirados. El servicio fue muy bueno y rápido, se nota que están preparados para este tipo de eventos. Nos trataron genial, y estuvimos muy agusto.

Hi, first of all the hotel is located 2kms within city of Pamplona. At the reception you can always look for atleast a person or two available all the time , they were kind enough to support you special mention to Mila and Roberto( it doesn't mean that others are not supportive we had less interactions with others , only during taxi booking, which they booked for us in a minute). Breakfast you can see lot of items and the choice is yours ...the chefs and supervisor are kind enough to get you and provide you what you need...overall the rooms are neat and clean , house keeping is done on daily basis , room service is also available ... during our last day , they helped us in arranging taxi early in the morning and keep us posted in their absence too .... overall it was nice experience for me to stay NH ...

Hotel funcional, muy cuidado y con buen servicio, cerca de la Clínica Universidad de Navarra. Lo mejor, la atención del personal, son genuinamente amables. Buen desayuno, se echa en falta que te preparen los huevos al instante, pero por lo demás muy bien.

Muy contento con el servicio, además nos permitieron hacer el check in 2 horas antes de lo permitido (15:00), de esta manera no se nos partía el día en 2. Disponen de un garaje muy cómodo, con ascensor a la recepción. El único problema podría ser que está ubicado bastante lejos del casco viejo, por lo demás muy satisfechos.

Buen hotel de la cadena NH. Lo que pasa es que no está renovado y se nota mucho el paso del tiempo en el cuarto de baño sobretodo. El personal super simpáticos y profesional. Desayuno excelente. Muy buena opción para quedarse en Pamplona pero sin muchos aspavientos de quedarse en un excelente hotel...

Hotel funcional a las afueras de la ciudad de Pamplona, cerca de los hospitales y lejos de la hostelería y casco antiguo.Ubicado lejos de la zona centro, se trata de un clásico hotel NH. Moderno en sus instalaciones, buena habitación y desayuno acorde con lo pagado.Dado el poco nivel en hoteles en Pamplona se trata de una buena opción si no te importa estar alejado del centro.Buena relacion calidad-precio.

Una habitación estupenda, amplia y limpia. Cuando llegamos hacia un frío pelón, pero enseguida se calentó con el aire acondicionado caliente. El cuarto de baño nuevo y muy limpio. La ducha estupenda.

Solo he asistido para hacer un examen en las salas que tienen habilitadas para ello. La sala que utilizamos es bastante amplia. Todo muy limpio a pesar de la cantidad de personas que hemos ido. El hall tiene muy buena presencia. Tiene buena ubicación y bastante zona de aparcamiento en los alrededores.

Habitación espectacular, hacia tiempo que no descansaba tan bien! Muy buena ubicación y todo el personal amable y atento en todo momento. Nos recomendaron lugares para cenar o comer y sitios para visitar. El desayuno riquisismo y las camareras siempre sonrientes, volveremos sin ninguna duda!!

Muy buen hotel. Las camas muy cómodas, todo muy limpio, el personal de recepción perfecto, amables, agradables, muy bien. El desayuno esta genial, muchísima variedad, los bizcochos muy ricos, el café muy bueno. Embutidos, panes, zumos, bollería, fruta, perfecto. Estuvimos cenando la primera noche y el restaurante esta muy bien. Recomendable pillar parking que no es caro y te olvidas. Andando al centro tienes un paseo pero se hace bien. No pudimos escoger mejor sitio para celebrar nuestra boda. Todo estuvo cuidado al detalle, las estancias, los salones, la comida... fue todo espectacular. Sin duda alguna repetiríamos el día tal y como salió todo. Cualquier celebración que nos planteemos en un futuro, contaremos primero con el hotel. Queremos hacer también mención especial a Patricia. HABITACIONES VIEJAS Y DESCASCARILLADAS, LE SOBRAN ESTRELLASAl hacer la reserva dije especialmente que NO quería una habitación en la planta 6, ya que he estado varias veces allí y dan pena.A qué no sabéis dónde me han puesto?? Planta 6... y el hotel no está completo Dejo fotos para que veáis el mal estado de conservación, con todo el mobiliario viejo y descascarillado.Estamos ahora mismo hospedados en el hotel y con bastante malestar no solo por el mal estado de conservación (dejó fotos de los muebles y puertas) si no también por el hecho de que en este sitio hacen caso omiso a las peticiones de los clientes.

Bueno por donde empezar … celebramos nuestro banquete en este hotel. No podemos estar más satisfechospor la atención de Patricia y el trato general de los camareros y camareras. Nuestros invitados quedaron encantados con la comida que estaba toda buenísimay el trato. El DJ también estuvo estupendo en todo momento. Para mi todo fue perfecto y la habitación un 10 aunque el champán no lo pudimos aprovechar de tanta fiesta que llevábamos Lo recomiendo al 100%. Y daros las gracias.

Llevamos quedándonos en este hotel una vez al mes durante un año debido a problemas médicos, casi siempre la habitación está bien, limpia, pero hoy al llegar estaba todo peor que nunca. Suciedad en el suelo, la pared en un estado deplorable, la puerta del baño no cierra y hay incluso un mosquito muerto en el techo. Por el precio esta vez no ha merecido la pena.

Por mi parte muy mal la estancia,me dieron una habitación con un sofá cama. Las plazas de parking del hotel son muy pequeñas y su precio es de 9.50 por día, en la calle cuesta 4.30 todo el día. Los fines de semana no se paga. El hotel no tiene bar, los aseos de recepción están dentro del restaurante y cuando está cerrado no se puede entrar porque quedan dentro. El desayuno en el hotel cuesta 16 EU, en la esquina del hotel hay un bar ( bar alivio) que tiene mucha variedad en pinchos y hacen bocadillos al gusto,variados y a buen precio.

Completely without charm. The breakfast system is terrible. It poses more Covid risks than any other hotel I have stayed at during Covid times. There is no buffet, instead you have to queue at a central island to be served, there is no check that you are arriving at your booked time. So at popular times the queue for breakfast is long. If you forget one item you have to queue again. It is completely ridiculous The rooms are tired and need a paint. The construction is also very poor so it’s easy to hear conversations and more! From adjoining rooms. Be careful if you are going to have confidential conversations in your room! There are many better hotels in Pamplona Outside the room there is no room to sit except for the space in reception All the salons are shut, again this is very different from my experience of other hotels during Covid

This hotel was very comfortable and the service was very good. The breakfast experience was quite bad, but many hotels today are finding it extremely challenging with the restrictions and social distancing...there has to be a more efficient way because the time slot method is not working...it also happened to us in the NH in Cordoba. It would be nice to have tea/coffee in the rooms or somewhere in the hotel. Apart from that we had 2 good nights, slept well..there is a cute little park that you can run in the morning - every lap is exactly 1 km which makes it easy :) A bit far from the old town but if the weather is good you can get a good walk in. Another great advantage - safe indoor parking lot is included.

Really nice hotel not far away from the Ciutadela and 25 min walking from the city centre. The check in was friendly and the employee took time to explain us the city. Room clean and spacious. Breakfast really extensive, as usual in NH.

Nice hotel, with good facilities. Gim is really well equipped. Parking available. Bed super comfort. Excellent breakfast. Recommend to everyone visiting Pamplona. Only comment is about distance to the downtown which is a 20 min walking.

Good hotel, very nice breakfast. Walls are a bit thin so if your neighbors talk at night, you probably hear them. To save on parking, use the car park area at the rear side for 4,35 Eur (cash payment, credit card did not work) for 24 hours. You can only pay for 24 hours though and have to return the next day to pay again if you stay longer

Favourable: The hotel was renovated beginning of 2016. Nice and confortable rooms. Reception personnel friendly and professional.Breakfast was excellent, lots of products and choices. Disfavourable: location. Service in the Cafeteria, Breakfast and Dinning needing some training. Room-Service took 50min to deliver (25min was informed) and the food was not as described, was tasteless and cold. No seasoning was brought either. Eating out is definitely better.

First time here. Typical NH room, good facilities, great service. Location is okay, not super close to the city centre or train station, but was perfect for my appointment. The breakfast stood out. Excellent buffet. Will be back, if I can.

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Upon arrival, check in was quick. We were a party of 12 in our Family last June. We got to place our suitcases in our rooms. Then, we got to explore the town. The rooms were well designed, modern and spacious. I slept in a sleeper sofa as I bunked with my nieces. (Sleeper sofa area was just right for me.) Turndown service was great. The Staff here are excellent. The breakfast was delicious. The Hotel is centrally located, so you can stroll into parts of town for good food, a park nearby and some fresh air.
