“The hotel is nice and pleasant but the problem are some of the rooms. Particularly the ones with the balcony with the view on the pond. That Pond is full of frogs and they are croaking whole night. In our case we've had frogs from one side and noise from the street from the side of the doors. Unfortunately neither the doors or windows are sound proof so you could here all the noise coming from the outside. Unfortunately our shower was leaking so every single day we've had our own pond in the bathroom. Besides that the area of the hotel is great, very green and nicely arranged spaces but for me lack of sleep because of the frogs was a killer. I couldn't really relax because of lack of sleep. Please do keep in mind that and when you will get any of the rooms with the view on the pond ask reception for another room as soon as possible.”

I really enjoyed staying at this Hotel, we arrived very late almost 2am and they kept the small restaurant open for us to grab something to eat. We were tired and hungry from the journey so I was so pleased to manage to get something to eat. What was very interesting was the staff at the hotel, they were excellent, very helpful and polite. I really loved the Moroccan people. I would definitely go back again in the future. I was there with my son Jacob.

I really enjoyed staying at this Hotel, we arrived very late almost 2am and they kept the small restaurant open for us to grab something to eat. We were tired and hungry from the journey so I was so pleased to manage to get something to eat.
What was very interesting was the staff at the hotel, they were excellent, very helpful and polite. I really loved the Moroccan people.
I would definitely go back again in the future. I was there with my son Jacob.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff in every department! Beautiful landscape, nice and spacious rooms Although some need to be updated and in need of better pest control management,(rusty reading lamps by the beds, a lot ants in rooms).
Why 3 stars? Mostly because of dining and food options. This Hotel is an all inclusive, serving buffet style. with no other options for guests who prefer à la carte. The most concerning issue here, is there is no real supervision or guidelines put in place for diners swarming the buffet tables. People would all share the same tongs and the same serving spoons and they would place them right on top of the food after each use (which is unsanitary). I wished they had staff behind food trays to serve guests instead of letting everyone touch everything from food to serving spoons. Some guests would just skip the tong and use their bare hands to pick up a fruit, a piece of bread or lemon wedges. As for the food quality and taste, they are not great.
Beautiful place with beautiful pools and warm pleasant staff, hopefully they’ll improve their food and beverage department, and improve their buffet serving system. May be some printed signs and a strong kitchen staff presence next to each section to supervise and assist guests with better and safer serving practices.
Lastly, they need to update their room keys system. It seems outdated: Keys lose their coding and guests need to return to the front desk to get new keys. Keep in mind, it is a large hotel so for many rooms it s a long walk.

Muito, muito decepcionado com esta estadia, o que é uma pena saber que somos frequentadores assíduos do hotel. No café da manhã, um mordomo, um certo Moussa, ousou insultar minha mãe porque ela fez uma afirmação perfeitamente legítima, e depois ele me insultou na frente de todo o restaurante alto e bom som. Sem respeito pelo cliente !!!!!! Ainda quero agradecer ao resto do pessoal que é muito amigável, e principalmente ao gerente, que foi muito profissional e amigável.

I was honestly disappointed from the quality of the food in this hotel. There weren't many many options and the quality of the food wasn't what i would expect from a riu hotel that charges more than 230 dollars a night.
The rooms were ok. The staff were great.

I was slightly apprehensive about visiting this place and Morocco as a whole after hearing some less that satisfying reviews from a few years ago. These were relating to food poising from a close friend.
What can I say, i have been put right in my place. As soon as we walked into the hotel, 'wow' was my first opinion. Following a short coach journey from Agadir airport, we walked into a fairly large reception area allowing us space to relax straight away (we were back of the checking in queue), it was required...
Upon walking into our room we were surprised about the size and facilities that were available. The shower unit was big and the only let down was the bed not being a double. I accpeted this as the two singles we had hardly moved and for how firm they were, was rather comfy.
The layout of the hotel I found confusing at first and the map that we were given in our welcome pack, didn't really show everything properly. At times we had issues locating different areas (disco/karaoke bar for example) as they were down a flight of stairs and round the corner. From a map you wouldn't know this.
The hotel uses its space well and has breakfast and lunch in a restaurant by the pool and dinner in a separate restaurant in the lobby area. There are also two other restaurants - an Asian and Moroccan themed eatery which you must book to be allowed in. When I saw four restaurants advertised, to find out one was closed in the evening and two you had to book for, I felt a bit misold as I was under the impression that they were all walk ins. Anyhow the main restaurant was well equipped and stocked a range of food on each day. I didn't expect much from an all inclusive, but the food was quite bland in my opinion.
I came to Morocco at the beginning of February and the pools outside were freezing to say the least. They did have an indoor pool, but that's besides the point. I know the addition of pool heaters would cost too much for the weather patterns that Morocco experiences, so look for later in the year arrivals to Morocco if you want to use the pools. Otherwise anytime of the year is good to experience the whole of agadir and its history.
I gave the hotel an overall 4 stars because of the small amount of negative points I found throughout my stay, but would really recommend this hotel over some of its nearby residence hotels (only from viewing online). If the food improved slightly to add more taste it would be a solid 5 stars.

Flop flop .. para huir tuvimos una estancia terrible ... Recomiendo encarecidamente no hacerlo .. El hotel está vendado .. el incumplimiento de la cola en la recepción ... tuvimos que esperar nuestro turno pr checkin 1h30 kd nuestro turno está ahí .. debe haber servido a 3 familias con min 10 tarjetas que no estaban físicamente presentes y mm si reaccionamos .. el señor de la recepción (ayoub y houcaine) no calculó continuaron tratando con personas que no pasaron la red a pesar de nuestro comentario (respeto cero) dc en total c 2h30 de espera ... Muy mala comida los productos no son frescos ni variados ... no hay ninguna medida de seguridad tomado ... una gran falta de higiene ... mucho ruido y el hotel es muy denso ... las tumbonas siempre están ocupadas por toallas y la gente nunca está ... animación muy anticuada. .no vale nada este hotel ... ya bcp mejor ...

Sigue igual de bonito a pesar del cierre de determinados lugares como el restaurante frente al mar y los menús no son variados teniendo en cuenta los pocos clientes la calidad de la comida se ha visto muy afectada pero sigue siendo un hotel con un carácter bastante auténtico.

Segunda estancia, ya pesar del difícil contexto (Covid-19) el hotel por su organización, su personal, los gerentes siempre presentes y atentos, la calidad del catering, la limpieza de las habitaciones, y sobre todo su ubicación, sus piscinas y el acceso directo a la playa ya la cornisa de Agadir siguen siendo para mí uno de los mejores. Pasamos más de diez días y no nos cansamos nunca.Personal de recepción y en la excelente área de catering, mencionaré en el catering: Mr Hicham, Mrs Naima y el pastelero Anouar por sus deliciosos postres gourmet y saludables.Volveremos pronto, con la esperanza de que esta nube oscura de Covid-19 finalmente se disipe.Buena suerte y sigue así !!

El entorno muy agradable, justo en el mar, el personal atento, las habitaciones espaciosas, las grandes piscinas, el refinado catering con cuatro restaurantes, dos internacionales, uno marroquí y uno asiático. lugar bien adaptado para familias con pie en una gran piscina pero también viejo tt que necesita un impulso. catering bueno, pero podría hacerlo mejor para un riu. de lo contrario hermosas habitaciones y hermoso jardín. por otro lado, la atmósfera musical debe variar. Hotel básicamente decente, pero no lo suficiente para un Riu.

Buena ubicación, playa gigantesca y limpia, suficientes tumbonas y sombrillas en la playa.Bonitas áreas de piscina con tumbonas y servicio de toallas. Amplias habitaciones con cambio diario de toallas. Varios restaurantes y bares. Parque fantástico. La instalación es un poco vieja, pero muy limpia. Mucha variedad de buffet, desafortunadamente un poco condimentado unidimensionalmente para mi gusto. Destacar la atención y amabilidad del personal. Siempre nos sirvieron muy cortésmente y nos sentimos muy cómodos.También me gustaría agradecer a la dirección del hotel y a la agencia de viajes. Nuestro vuelo de regreso fue cancelado debido a la crisis de la corona. Gracias a sus esfuerzos, pudimos tomar nuestro vuelo de regreso después de solo 2 días.Y una petición más: un pequeño consejo de vez en cuando ayuda mucho al personal allí, más de lo que podemos imaginar aquí. Y tuvimos nuestro "paquete de vacaciones sin preocupaciones" allí.

En mayo de 2019 pasamos las vacaciones en el Riu Tikida Sunas en Agadir, Marruecos.Sin embargo, unas vacaciones maravillosas, a veces con muchas nubes a temperaturas entre 20-26 °.El hotel impresionó con habitaciones grandes y modernizadas en su mayoría limpias, lo suficientemente grandes, un gran servicio y un personal muy amable.El restaurante del paseo marítimo ofrecía un variado desayuno buffet, cada mañana recibía mi tortilla recién preparada.El restaurante principal era agradable con un buffet igualmente rico y postres deliciosos, pero desafortunadamente los platos no siempre estaban lo suficientemente calientes. Todas las noches había cocina en vivo con una variedad de platos.Los restaurantes temáticos no se recomiendan en mi opinión. El asiático realmente no tenía una selección de comida típica asiática y el marroquí ni siquiera se acerca a los lugareños.La piscina es bonita, grande y espaciosa, pequeña incluso con agua salada. Para ser honesto, el agua estaba un poco fría para mí, porque estaba más turbia aquí y por lo tanto se consideraba menos un enfriamiento.La piscina cubierta, sin embargo, era agradable y cálida y también estaba equipada con agua salada. Arrivée devant la porte d’entrée deux bagagistes pour 40 personnes , les agents de réception débordés , 2 agents pour faire l’enregistrement pour 45 personnes . Attentes après la fatigue du vol .Arriver à la chambre après 40 min à la réception , le badge pour rentrer dans la chambre n est pas activé , donc retour à la réception pour activer la carte donc il faut traverser tout les bâtiments . Une fois dans la chambre , une autresurprise :La chambre réservée avec un tarif plus élevé ne correspond à celle attribuée . J ai opté pour une vue mer je me retrouve avec une chambre côté jardin .Sans oublier : le bagagiste qui me ramène mes bagages 45 min après mon arrivé dans ma chambre . Une 3ème surprises dès serviette de bain fines et sales et tachés . Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles c est vraiment la déception .Une déception totale et un début très décevant .

Me encantó la estancia ... el paisaje era encantador. El personal muy amable. La limpieza de la habitación fue muy buena. Las toallas se cambian regularmente. Nos dejaron botellas de agua y camas muy bien hechas. Muchos gatos por todas partes, pero todos limpios y bien cuidados. Disfrutamos de nuestra estancia y volvería otra vez.

Muy buena zona hotelera del grupo RIU. Sin embargo, en algunos lugares, puede ver que el sistema es un poco más antiguo, pero esto se ve compensado por el mantenimiento y las reparaciones constantes. La ubicación en la playa, solo separada por un paseo marítimo, es buena y, en general, no es una desventaja. Las tumbonas están suficientemente disponibles en la gran y bien cuidada zona de piscina y jardín. La comunicación es posible en francés, alemán o inglés en la medida en que siempre puede obtener lo que desea en los bares. El personal y el personal son muy amables, serviciales y atentos, por lo que no falta nada. Nos alojamos a finales de noviembre en este hotel.Un incidente bastante importante ocurrió durante nuestra estancia.De hecho, 2 días después de regresar a Francia, mi cónyuge declaró mucha picazón con placas rojas y granos en el cuerpo.Durante nuestra estancia, informamos de pequeños animales que estaban en la cabecera de la cama.La recepción nos tranquilizó, diciéndonos que se trataba de insectos de madera y que alguien vendría a desinfectarlo y limpiarlo.Excepto que no fue eso, resultó que la habitación estaba infectada con chinches.El hotel no tuvo en cuenta la gravedad del problema, y aún afirman que no se trataba de chinches cuando recibimos la confirmación del médico al llegar a Francia.Presta atención e inspecciona bien tu habitación.

As good if not better than described by TUI. Beautiful grounds, fronting on to beach, great service, friendly & helpful staff, excellent food, spotlessly clean.Comfortable to walk along beaches & around town, lots of cheap taxis always available everywhere around resort & town.We intend to go again.Minor downsides: buffet restaurants can get busy and layout a bit canteenish but foodand service more than made up for this; on resort info from TUI rep could have been better.

Loved the stay..scenery was lovely. Staff very friendly. Room cleaning was very good. Towels changed regularly. Water bottles left for us and beds made nicely. Lots of cats all over but all clean and well kept. Enjoyed our stay and would go again.

Gran hotel familiar con muchos bares y algunas piscinas muy bonitas (que estaban demasiado frías para usar durante nuestra estancia en enero). Sin embargo, la piscina cubierta estaba climatizada. El personal aquí es increíblemente amable e hizo que el cumpleaños de mi pareja fuera muy especial con champán y flores en la habitación. El suelo es lo suficientemente grande como para que te relajes sin estar abarrotado de otras personas. Hay comida disponible casi todo el día, que es todo tipo buffet. Buena selección pero puede ser repetitiva. Sin embargo, el desayuno me pareció decepcionante. Pero solo mi gusto personal.

Pasamos 5 días en abril de 2019, el hotel es hermoso, la habitación está limpia con una vista muy bonita frente al mar, hay varios grupos de animación, especialmente en la noche.El restaurante asiático está limpio con un verdadero equipo profesional, sin embargo, la comida no es fresca, tuve náuseas toda la noche, para evitar.

Family friendly large hotel with lots of bars and some very nice swimming pools (which were too cold to use during our January stay) the indoor pool however was heated. The staff here are all amazingly friendly and made my partners birthday extra special with champagne and flowers in the room. The ground are large enough for you to relax without being crowded by other people. There is food available pretty much all day which is all buffet. Good selection but can be repetitive.I did find breakfast disappointing however. But just my personal taste.

Lovely hotel, some really great staff.Agadir is a very clean and friendly place.Just a pity that the food was so poor. I had high expectations but was very disappointed.The food was generallycold and lacking in seasoning.We met a few veterans who equally unhappy with the variety of things available for them.The bar staff and the animation team were very friendly and great fun.We will certainly go back to Agadir but not to this hotel.

Wat an amazing experience. just brilliant.. kids club is v reliable so u dont have to worry abt kids, the entrances r closely monitored so no worries of trespassers, heated pool + outdoor pools mean u can enjoy water watever the weather, entertainment and fitness activities r v good, food is amazing but limited options for vegans, spa is average v high std of cleanliness and the staff is v friendly and helpful..

Generell ein wirklich schönes und gutes All-In Hotel mit einer tollen Garten- & Poolanlage.Die gesamte Anlage ist wirklich sehr gepflegt.Die Zimmer sind nicht die neusten, jedoch sehr sauber und völlig in Ordnung.Einziges Manko ist die Gastronomie. Das Buffet bietet wirklich wenig bis keine Abwechslung.Das Themenrestaurant im asiatischen Style war leider mein Tiefpunkt - Hier gab es das gleiche Essen wie im großem Speisesaal nur mit schlechtem Sushi und einem unfreundlichen Chefkellner.Fazit: Faires Hotel zum Fairen Preis, wenn die Ansprüche auf gutes Essen und Luxus nicht all zu hoch sind.

Gran hotel Mega comida, deliciosa y variada! ¡Desde el desayuno hasta la cena, lo que tu corazón desea! Especialmente cuando conoces al gerente del restaurante Moussa. Definitivamente regresaré. Habitación limpia, personal amable y trabajador. La planta está ubicada directamente en la playa. Absolutamente vale su dinero! El amplificador de Wi-Fi para la habitación está disponible en la recepción. Solo pregunta!

Un hotel muy agradable y hermoso. Comida decente (aunque repetitiva) y horas de bar. El personal es extremadamente servicial y amable. Las excursiones varían en precio y diría que la mayoría no tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. La excursión a la montaña Atlas fue costosa por lo que ofrecía (puede que valga la pena alquilar un automóvil y hacer un viaje), pero el quads fue una buena relación calidad-precio. Los dos restaurantes eran agradables con buena comida. Un tipo de vacaciones ideal para alguien que simplemente quiere relajarse o para una familia. El equipo de animación es agradable y no contundente. El bar Karaoke necesita mejoras serias (el único bar que sirve hasta la 01:00). El gimnasio carece de aire acondicionado, pero está limpio y siempre bien mantenido. Recomendaría este hotel, a pesar de las pequeñas quejas que tuve con lo anterior.

A very pleasant and beautiful hotel. Decent food (though repetitive) and bar hours. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Excursions vary in price and I would say that most are not good value for money. Atlas Mountain excursion was expensive for what it offered (it may just be worth hiring a car and taking a trip), but quad biking was good value for money. The two restaurants were nice with good food. Ideal sort of holiday for someone that simply wants to relax or for a family. Animation team are nice and not forceful. Karaoke bar needs serious improvement (the only bar that serves until 01:00). Gym lacks air-conditioning but is clean and always well maintained. I would recommend this hotel, despite the small gripes I had with the above.

Fuimos en abril y no estaba lleno, pero había mucha gente en los restaurantes. Además, no hay ascensores, por lo que si no puede subir las escaleras, asegúrese de solicitar una habitación en la planta baja.

En general, muy pobre para un hotel de 4 *, el servicio al cliente es particularmente groseroel camarero de la foto. Comida monótona, poco variada. La habitación que tenemos con el olor a moho y hongos, mira la foto que agregué, la cortina con el hongo en el baño no miente. Pisos sucios, solo mira tus pies después de 10 minutos de caminar descalzo en la habitación. El guardia de seguridad en la puerta te castiga para que lo eches en otro pequeño vaso desechable, puedes ver que se preocupan por el medio ambiente. Los tours desde Tui son 2 veces más caros que los locales con guías polacos, recomiendo especialmente los tours de Grzegorz o los tours con Abdul. los encontrará en FB. En resumen, Marruecos es un lugar maravilloso para visitar Marrakech de noche y el Alto Atlas es impresionante. Definitivamente regresaré aquí, pero ciertamente no a este hotel.

El entorno es genial: jardín, piscinas ... el personal amable, la comida es buena hay para todos los gustos tagine, cuscús, masas de varios tipos, pescado, pizzas, patatas fritas, verduras crudas ... (por otro lado hay hay algunas cosas para repasar como los postres c un poco repetitivos ...). También sería bueno que el hotel se comunique sobre residuos para educar a los clientes para que no tengan ojos más grandes que el estómago, especialmente porque estamos en un país donde la pobreza es importante, me enfermó ver algunos la gente tiene muchos platos llenos y tira más de la mitad ...!La habitación era espaciosa y en el baño había una ducha grande y bonita. Hay muchas actividades pero las encuentro infantiles y los animadores son bastante aficionados, después de eso no es culpa suya, el hotel debería invertir para capacitarlos ... ejemplo el show nocturno que vi 3 y aparte del circo, los otros 2 fueron bastante decepcionantes a pesar de la inversión y motivación de los artistas (que son los animadores), coreografías de los 80, danza africana técnicamente no muy exitosa ... lástima, después de mis hijas de 8 y 12 años nos gustó los espectáculos (con los ojos de sus hijos que los sorprenden fácilmente). ¡Puse 4 * (en lugar de 3 *) porque a mis hijas les encantó!

Las piscinas al aire libre estamos súper frías, pero era año nuevo, así que no es una sorpresa. Un montón de lugares aislados para relajarse bajo el sol! Puede recomendar la vista al mar para preciosas puestas de sol!

Un hermoso hotel y terreno, un gran jardín justo en la playa. Limpie las habitaciones grandes y los baños grandes. Las vistas al jardín o al océano son excelentes. He estado dos veces en este hotel durante 10 años y los cambios en más. Segundo restaurante construido. Las piscinas están un poco frías para diciembre. Pero así, con la conciencia tranquila, recomiendo este hotel a cualquiera. La bomba elegirá algo para ellos una gran selección de peces.Y, por supuesto, el servicio en todos los campos, ya sea un administrador pacífico o responsable, es todo el mundo que se preocupa por la estadía y el interés del huésped.

Nada de lo que pueda decirse que esté mal en este lugar. Las habitaciones eran más de lo esperado. La comida era excelente. En primera línea de playa. Piscina cubierta climatizada, así como las puertas de salida. Pequeñas áreas privadas para parejas. El personal era muy amable y servicial. Mi pareja y yo disfrutamos mucho de nuestra opinión aquí. Hay una sauna / spa y gimnasio para usar.

Me alojé aquí por una semana en agosto. El personal es muy agradable y servicial. El lugar es muy acogedor para niños pequeños. Las habitaciones son decentes con un buen baño y balcón. La habitación estaba bien limpia todos los días, pero no encontré la cama especialmente cómoda ya que era bastante duro. La ubicación del complejo es excelente justo al lado de la playa y cerca del centro de la ciudad. La única cosa que dejar que el lugar sea decepcionante en general es la comida que no era siempre una experiencia agradable. De un grupo de 8, 6 de nosotros estábamos enfermos el mismo día. Había una buena selección de alimentos fríos y calientes, pero nada era emocionante.

Excelente, el personal es encantador, no pudieron hacer lo suficiente por ti. Las habitaciones eran perfectas. La piscina un poco fría pero fuimos en diciembre! Clima encantador, hotel justo en la playa. El equipo de animación trabajó largas horas y realizó la mayoría de los espectáculos, que en su mayoría son espectáculos de baile. Agadir en sí era encantador. ¡El único problema era realmente los gatos! Demasiados simplemente deambulando y obviamente orinando por todas partes! La barra de exhibición tenía un fuerte olor a orina de gatos que era muy desagradable. Pero dicho esto, definitivamente regresaríamos a este hotel en el futuro.

The hotel and staff are lovely. The grounds, lobby and pools are absolutely beautiful and the bedrooms are spacious, clean and comfortable,Unfortunately the food is pretty poor for a Riu hotel. Don't get me wrong it was edible and some of the Moroccan dishes were delicious but the dining rooms are massive and set out like cafeterias. Don't expect to eat a warm breakfast though. Cold eggs and bacon (on the two days we got bacon) and I mean cold.If you want a lovely, clean, spacious hotel then this is it. The drinks are unbranded and the cocktails are nice. The staff were lovely too. Finally this hotel is HUGE. We went in April and it wasn't full but it was busy in the restaurants. Also there are no lifts so if you can't get up stairs make sure you request a ground floor room.

Stayed here for a week in August. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. The place is very accommodating of young children. The rooms are decent with a good bathroom and balcony. The room was well cleaned every day but I didn't find the bed particularly comfortable as it was quite hard. Location of the resort is excellent right next to beach and close the town centre. The only thing letting the place down overall is the food which wasn't ever an enjoyable experience. Out of a party of 8, 6 of us were ill on the same day. There was a decent selection of foods both hot and cold but nothing was exciting.

Excellent,the staff we're lovely, they couldn't do enough for you. The rooms were perfect. The pool a little cold but we did go in December! Weather lovely, hotel right on the beach. The animation team wotk long hours and do most of the shows themselves, which are mostly dancing shows. Agadir itself was lovely.Only problem really was the cats!! Too many just wandering around and obviously peeing everywhere! The show bar had a strong smell of cats pee which was very off putting.But saying that, we would definitely return to this hotel sometime in the future.

Just stayed here for a week. After a week in marrakech it was nice to relax.. We found the hotel very nice.. No complaints about meals.. Plenty of choice in the restaurant. Didn't mind the cats, frogs or ducks.. Can't believe what some have complained about. The staff are polite throughout.. The downside though was the weather.. In a week only 1.5 days of sun.. The rest mist which apparently is normal. This was in September and I don't know if its a seasonal thing but read loads of moans about the mist since.. So that was the only downside.. Also our room near the tennis courts had lots of late night noise from a nightclub

Lovely friendly staff, always checking your happy, place fantastic and so well looked after.Great variety of local food, including two other restaurants, Asian as well as a Moroccan,which you have to book into.Rooms very spacious and the beds made every day.Outdoor pools a bit cold, and they are always cleaning them.Plenty of places away from the pools for relaxing, but none to far from getting a cold drink or cup of tea.

The hotel was on average 4/5.Pros:Lots of lounging and pool space.Staff are always with a smile.If you have kids they have staff of around 8 who always put a smile on kids faces.New hotel so well designed not to be too far from Breakfast/LunchThe gym was decent. (Missing some good equipment)Great views from wind proof lounge area which overlooks sunsets & beach,Cons:There is NO room service - If I had known this I probably wouldn't have booked.The cleaning is very bad. We arrived first day and had to move because of hair and other stains on the bed. Make sure you check!Even in the second room we had to call them to re do the sheets.The internet in the rooms is non existent. The routers are outside the front of the rooms so signal is poor. They can provide a booster but you have to give a 500 dhirams deposit which is absurd.The food was average-good. We did not get sick.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and we had such a fantastic time. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day. Free bottled water in the rooms which we have never had before. The food was good quality, with a good variety so even fussy eaters (me) can find something to eat.The pools are amazing, big, clean and not too cold (once you're in). You can also get clean, fresh towels to have by the pool or take to the beach 🏖.The staff are friendly and helpful too and they work extremely hard to ensure your stay is perfect.The hotel grounds are stunning, with lots of greenery, flowers and a duck 🦆 pond.All in all, we were sorry to leave and would definitely return.

The hotel is nice and pleasant but the problem are some of the rooms. Particularly the ones with the balcony with the view on the pond. That Pond is full of frogs and they are croaking whole night. In our case we've had frogs from one side and noise from the street from the side of the doors. Unfortunately neither the doors or windows are sound proof so you could here all the noise coming from the outside. Unfortunately our shower was leaking so every single day we've had our own pond in the bathroom. Besides that the area of the hotel is great, very green and nicely arranged spaces but for me lack of sleep because of the frogs was a killer. I couldn't really relax because of lack of sleep. Please do keep in mind that and when you will get any of the rooms with the view on the pond ask reception for another room as soon as possible.

I was expecting better for a 4 star resort. The hotel furnishings (outside the rooms) are very nice, staff is great, and the beach is mostly good. On the downside room floors get really dirty and are hard to keep clean cause of the tile, and you'll hear some traffic noise at all times if you're in the building closest to the road. The biggest disappointment is the food though, if you're ok with a mediocre buffet then maybe it's fine for you, but if you want a high quality meal you'll not find it here. I wouldn't stay here again, not cause it was overly bad but because it was just so-so.

Facilities were super clean and always on top form, the only let down was the food. Classic Riu menu though, typical buffet.Oh and WIFI wasn't great either.Good distance from town and beach as well.

I feel like I should say better things about this hotel, but in honestly I'm surprised it's a 4 star. High 3 star yes. Food wasn't great, we've all had a really bad stomachs for over a week after staying here, towel situation is ridiculous, reception staff ignorant, room/bathroomnot very clean,get up early to get your sunbeds,very poor Wi-Fi in rooms and around the pool. Not for getting the cockroaches in the breakfast hall!

Not been abroad an awful lot but this was the best I have had. Fantastic winter sunshine holiday. Wonderful hotel. Courteous, friendly smiling staff who really look after you. Nothing is too much trouble. Food was excellent with plenty of choice. You won't be stuck for something to eat. Rooms are spacious with good size ensuite with large shower cubicle, bidet etc. Gardens are a delight and well tended. Evening strolles are a real pleasure. The only down was the evening entertainment. Very amateur and even somewhat embarrassing. You might prefer the bar. The hotel manager is very visible and approachable, should you have any issues. That's a first in my experience. Overall the whole experience was bloody wonderful. Would, without any hesitation, definitely, definitely do again. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

It's hard to put in to words our experience of this place. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. From the cleaners to the managers they are friendly and more importantly have absolute professionalism and do it all with a smile on their face. The food is so tasty and perfectly cooked with a huge variety on offer. The drinks actually contain real alcohol which is rarely the case with all inclusive places and the care that goes in to making them makes it even better.Trust me when I say that it's the best hotel in agadir and worth every penny with no hidden costs for example they provide free beach towels and the safe is free in your room along with fresh towels every day which doesn't sound like much it just adds to it all. Overall we created memories here to last a lifetime and will definitely be coming back

My time there was great. All inclusive. They are right on the beach with a small promenade separating them from the beach. You can walk into town along the promenade if you wish.They have an area set aside for hotel guests with lounges and shades. Guards are about as well. Surfing lessons available with life guards on patrol. Hotel food can be a bit monotonous but they do have a very wide range of foods available. Salads, deserts, mains. Three restaurants although you have to book two of them as they are smaller. Free bottled water in apt. Only problem was that somewhere along the way something didn't agree with me or the family. Didn't put us off but you know how it is. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Just a great relaxing time had.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in March 2018 as a family of 4 adults. This hotel is amazing! The staff are fantastic and all seem to go the extra mile to ensure that their guests have everything they need to have a good time. The resort is pretty big and is kept extremely clean. Wonderful views of the ocean; from the back gate of the hotel it is not even a minutes walk to the beach. Excellent security at every entrance and all around the hotel. There is a huge variety of food served for each meal, and each day there is usually a special dish served. The entertainment team are wonderful and put on different shows each night. There are many sports activities to get involved in throughout the day. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future!

We spent one week at this hotel in Agadir. The room was good both size and cleanliness. Maintenance of the grounds was excellent. Plenty of sunbeds despite the hotel being full. Pool area very nice. Restaurants were nice but the food fell a little short of our expectations - not bad just not as good as we expected. The entertainment or rather the lack of it was the biggest disappointment. Also for those of a less agile physique, the floors in both rooms and restaurants were very slippery. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, great staff, good facilities, immaculate grounds. We went in December 2016. Highs of 21°C and lows of 9°C. Jumpers are a must in the evening. There is a good sized indoor pool for the winter months. There is a gym overlooking the pool so parents can gym if kids are good swimmers. Food at the hotel is excellent and for coffee lovers, coffee from the bar is brilliant. Big thumbs up.

Loved the stay..scenery was lovely. Staff very friendly.Room cleaning was very good.Towels changed regularly.Water bottles left for us and beds made nicely.Lots of cats all over but all clean and well kept. Enjoyed our stay and would go again.

Nothing that can be said that is wrong with this place. Rooms weremore than expected. Food was exellent. On beach front. Indoor heated pool as well as out door ones . Little private areas for couples.Staff were very polite and helpful. My partner and I both really enjoyed our say here. There is a sauna / spa and gym to use.

Went here for my honeymoon in September 2018.. was lovely.. beautiful complex and very nice beach! Perfect all inclusive great for people all ages as there is many things to do from kids club to karoke bar and plenty and time for relaxing! Very spacious so doesn't feel crowded.

Very relaxing break in Agadir, hotel right on Sea front, walk each way out of hotel onto beach front on a flat paved walkway. The food was good, a little repetive for breakfast, but plenty of choice.Entertainment was so, so, but very relaxing time we had.

Cats and unnecessary steps. Not very wheelchair friendly. Bad undercurrent with waiting staff after hours. Daylight hours staff warm and welcoming. Whole place could do with a refurb. Rather tired in places. WiFi very poor. Hit and miss even in reception. As for rooms can almost forget it.

Good family holiday. Hotel has plenty of pools including indoor pool. Food was always good just a bit of a walk to breakfast as its a different restaurant than the evening meal, but nothing to worry about. Good sized gym with plenty of equipment aswell as free weights.

The staff are great and the pools are great for getting the kids to swim. The only thing that lets it down is the food is below par for a RIU but we understand that this is the same for all hotels in the area having trouble sourcing the right produce.

Lovely relaxed all inclusive hotel. Well appointed rooms, lovely pools and facilities. Set at the end of the ptomanade in Agadir but a flat walk to the centre. Taxis are very cheep if you need them, so OK for people who can't walk too far. Stayed here twice a d would do so again. Range of restaurants and bars.
