“Fui furtada dentro do apartamento por uma funcionária e simplesmente não deu em nada. Ficou a palavra dela contra a minha. Perdi um documento que me ressaciria dinheiro e voucher de três diárias em um resort. Lastimável eles não terem nenhuma boa política para o hóspede. Não estão nem aí, funjem tentar resolver mais não dá em nada.”
