Esse DoubleTree me decepcionou, os quartos são pequenos, o site de reservas do hotel não informava claramente que o Executive Lounge não funcionava aos finais de semana, um grande prejuízos aos clientes leais HHonors Diamond, o check-in é lento sem preferencias e falta cordialidade aos funcionários.Apesar de intitular-se um hotel de aeroporto, está distante do mesmo, não tenho como avaliar o serviço de shuttle pois estava de carro, mas na próxima vez optaria pelo Hilton IAD.O maior ponto positivo é o preço, normalmente abaixo aos hotéis de mesmo nível nas cercanias, também é muito conveniente para quem está de carro pois não cobra estacionamento (externo)

Gym was very hot. Maintenance unable to fix room at 77 degrees. Breakfast items that were supposed to be hot were cold. No variety. Not worth 12.99 pp. Dinner menu no variety, high priced for very small portions. Paid 91.00 and was still hungry. Business center computers not working properly and could not print. This property is not worth the money we spent, and amenities should be in working order for guests.

A cama era confortável, mas esse foi o único ponto positivo da minha estadia. A TV não funcionou; ligava mas não mudava de canal. O banheiro tinha uma série de problemas: a pressão da água na pia era muito alta, respingava em todos os lugares, mesmo quando apenas ligeiramente ligada; a pressão da água no chuveiro era muito baixa, mal conseguia enxaguar o sabão do meu corpo; a porta do chuveiro não fechava; e havia apenas uma barra de sabão entre a pia e o chuveiro. Além disso, o acabamento da última reforma não era bom; havia azulejos soltos em todo o banheiro e o piso era irregular.Se eu não tivesse participado das reuniões durante a semana, teria trocado de hotel imediatamente. Há hotéis muito mais agradáveis na mesma faixa de preço nesta área.

The bed was comfortable, but that was the only positive of my stay. The TV did not work; it would turn on but would not change channels. The bathroom had a number of issues: water pressure in the sink was way too high, would splash everywhere even when only slightly turned on; water pressure in the shower was way too low, could barely rinse the soap off my body; the shower door did not close; and there was only one bar of soap between both the sink and the shower. Also, the workmanship of the last remodel was not good; there were loose tiles throughout the bathroom and the floor was uneven. If I had not been in meetings throughout the week, I would have switched hotels immediately. There are much nicer hotels in the same price range in this area.

A recepção foi tudo menos útil. © perguntei a eles sobre o aplicativo Hilton e foi como se eles nunca tivessem ouvido falar sobre isso. Além disso, eles não me informaram sobre nenhuma das instalações do hotel nem sobre onde fica a área do café da manhã, nem mesmo se o café da manhã estava coberto (o que era e eu aprendi sobre isso 2 dias após a minha chegada). O quarto é bom, mas não muito limpo. Nenhuma água, ou nenhum cookie doubletree foi oferecido. İ não recomendo, e nunca mais ficarei aqui.

Very upset. I specifically chose this hotel because it has a free shuttle from and to the airport. I called before arriving to DC and asked about the shuttle. The front desk guy told me if you arrive by 9:30 pm we can pick you up, but when I called at 9:10 he told me there is no shuttle because they have a wedding!!! I asked for a substitute but he offers nothing and said in an aggressive behave to have my own public transportation. He didn’t even say sorry or apologise for the inconvenience. At check in, the same guy was not respectful and as he if he is bored serving. (I arrived at Sunday 6/5, 9:35pm)

The front desk was anything but helpful. İ asked them about the Hilton application and it was like they've never heard about it. Plus they did not let me know about any of the facilities in the hotel nor about where the breakfast area is, nor even if İ had breakfast covered (which it was and i learned about it 2 days after my arrival). The room is okay, not too clean though. No water, or no doubletree cookie was offered. İ do not recommend it at all, and will never stay in here ever again.

O hotel estava localizado perto de um evento que participei. A equipe do hotel foi atenciosa e profissional sempre fazendo contato visual e dizendo olá quando abordado. Usei o aplicativo Hilton Honors para verificar e obter uma chave digital que funcionou perfeitamente. O quarto era limpo e tinha um banheiro espaçoso. A roupa de cama era agradável e macia e tivemos a quantidade certa de travesseiros para a estadia. A comida do lounge era muito saborosa e com preços moderados. Eu recomendaria para quem procura um barato, limpo hotel que está convenientemente localizado a poucos quilômetros do Aeroporto Dulles.

They did not put any water bottles, soap and paste. Shower has too much pressure. Options to adjust the pressure should have been good. Sink is not clean, i could still see hair from shaving from last customer probably while washing my face. Sheets are not comfortable and i hardly could sleep for 2 or 3 hrs in the night. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel.

The hotel was located close to an event I attended. The hotel staff were attentive and professional always making eye contact and saying hello when approached. I used the Hilton Honors app to check and obtain a digital key that worked perfectly. The room was clean and had a spacious bathroom. The bedding was nice and plush and we had the right amount of pillows for the stay. The lounge food was very tasty and moderately priced. I would recommend for anyone looking for an inexpensive, clean hotel that is conveniently located a few miles from Dulles Airport.

Devido a um voo perdido, nossa família de 6 e pelo menos 20 outros viajantes retidos desceram no recepcionista à 1:00 da manhã. Ela foi eficiente e paciente. Os nossos quartos eram limpos e acolhedores com camas confortáveis. Café-da-manhã foi abundante e gostoso e servido por funcionários simpáticos. As instalações podem ser um pouco datadas, mas a limpeza e as pessoas gentis e trabalhadoras significam mais para nós, e é por isso que dou 5 estrelas.

Due to a missed flight, our family of 6 and at least 20 other stranded travelers descended on the front desk clerk at 1:00 am. She was efficient and patient. Our rooms were clean and welcoming with comfy beds. Breakfast was abundant and yummy and served by friendly staff. The facility might be a tad dated, but cleanliness and kind, hard working people mean the most to us, which is why I give it 5 stars.
