Gueto A equipe da recepção é muito simpática. Sinto-me triste por eles terem que trabalhar lá e peço desculpas constantemente pela manutenção e localização do prédio. Elevador quebrou e tivemos que carregar nossas malas pelas escadas. O quarto parecia limpo. A área é realmente esboçada. Os sem-teto ficam do lado de fora do hotel. A equipe tranca a porta da frente para que eles não possam entrar, mas eles ficam na frente como zumbis esperando alguém sair para que eles possam entrar. Uma noite, às 3h45, o alarme de incêndio disparou sem motivo aparente. Na noite seguinte, as pessoas me acordaram discutindo no estacionamento. A omelete do café da manhã estava azeda e eu tive que cuspi-la. O resto da comida que eu tentei foi bom (cereais, waffle, frutas). Não há queimador, então você não pode cozinhar. O AC faz barulhos loucos. Infelizmente meu secador também quebrou. não vou voltar.

Os elevadores não estavam funcionando e, de acordo com um membro da equipe, estavam assim desde a semana anterior. Parece-me que a comodidade e a segurança dos clientes e funcionários foram marginalizadas para não incorrer em despesas no P&L de agosto. Fiquei no 4º andar e nenhuma acomodação razoável foi feita depois que notifiquei a equipe sobre meus problemas de saúde no coração e nas costas. Estou curioso sobre como o dinheiro do American Rescue Plan foi reinvestido na propriedade?? Acho que este local é o principal alvo para uma auditoria da utilização do dinheiro federal. Você nunca sabe quem vai ficar. . .

Hotel da catraca. Os elevadores estão desligados e eles não estão ligando para avisar os hóspedes. Apenas pelos comentários, eles estão fora há semanas e ainda estão alugando quartos. Isso também parece uma violação de americanos com deficiência.Os salões também são quentes. Só entramos porque já era tarde. Vá para outro lugar, hotéis para animais de estimação são melhores.

Ghetto The front desk staff are very nice. I feel sad they have to work there and constantly apologize for their building’s maintenance and location. Elevator broke and we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. The room seemed clean. The area is really sketchy. Homeless people hang outside of the hotel. The staff locks the front door so they can’t come in, but they hang in front like zombies waiting for someone to exit so they can get inside. One night at 3:45am the fire alarm went off for no apparent reason. The next night people woke me up arguing in the parking lot. The omelette for breakfast was sour and I had to spit it out. The rest of the food I tried was fine (cereal, waffle, fruit). There’s no burner so you can’t cook. The AC makes crazy noises. My blow dryer was also broken unfortunately. I’m not going to come back.

The elevators were not functional and according to a staff member had been like that since the prior week. Seems to me that customer and staff convenience and safety were marginalized as to not incur expenses on the August P&L. I stayed on the 4th floor and NO reasonable accommodation was made after I notified the staff of my heart and back health issues. I'm curious about how the American Rescue Plan money was reinvested in the property?? I think this location is the prime target for an audit of Federal Money utilization. You never knows who's staying . . .

Ratchet hotel. Elevators are down and they’re not calling and giving guests a heads up. Just from the reviews, they’ve been out for weeks and they’re still renting out rooms. This also seems like an Americans with disability violation. Halls are hot as heck also. We only checked in because it was late. Go somewhere else, pet hotels are better.

Os recepcionistas foram muito simpáticos, os elevadores estavam quebrados, um não estava funcionando, um sempre parava no segundo andar quando ia para outros andares. Os quartos precisavam de um pouco de trabalho. A piscina era boa, a banheira de hidromassagem não funcionava e a banheira de hidromassagem não estava muito quente.

The desk clerks were great friendly, the elevators were broke one was totally not working, one always stopped on the second floor when going to other floors. Rooms needed a little bit of work. The pool was nice, the whirlpool did not work and the hot tub was not very hot.

los pasillos esta muy calietes no tiene aire acondicionado y en el desayuno no funciona la maquina de jugos solo hay cafe y en el refrigerador no tienen coca cola ni sprite ya tiene 3 dias

Very friendly and helpful staff who keep the hotel very clean. Spacious, comfortable rooms, nice clean pool, gym and laundry area. Close to many shops and restaurants. Great value for the price.

Unidades de ar condicionado estão bem ao lado da cama soprando diretamente em você, então você congela à noite em toalhas de cama e panos são difíceis de encontrar, há apenas uma máquina de waffles para o café da manhã, então há uma fila de espera a segurança do estacionamento chamada City Security Service não vale a pena o dinheiro que a Home2Suit está contratando eles para fazer eu os vi trabalhando sentados no carro não realizando suas tarefas. Meu caminhão de aluguel foi arrombado e o conversor catalítico foi cortado do meu caminhão de aluguel e o Home2suit não tem câmeras ao redor do prédio, as portas dos quartos estão a menos e 1 a menos do chão, então, à noite, a luz do corredor brilha sob a porta do seu quarto. Os andares 2,3,4 são muito quentes e o WI-FI sai constantemente, a recepção do telefone também é ruim, não ficarei aqui nunca mais

AC units are right next to the bed blowing directly on you so you freeze at night in bed towels and wash cloths are hard to come by, there’s only one waffle maker for breakfast so there’s a waiting line the Parking lot security called City Security Service not worth the money that Home2Suit is contracting them to do I’ve watched them at work sitting in there car not performing there duties.My Rental Truck was broken into and the Catalytic Converter was Cut of my Rental Truck and the Home2suit doesn’t have Cameras around the building the room doors are at less and 1in short of the floor so at night light from the hallway shines under the door into your room. Floors 2,3,4th floor are very hot and the WI-FI constantly goes out,Phone reception is Also bad will not be staying here ever again

muito bom hotel e equipe. a única coisa que eu mudaria é camas mais macias, roupas de cama maiores (os cobertores eram menores que um rei, então meu marido e eu lutamos por capas a noite toda) e pressão mais forte da água nos chuveiros. as camas duras tornavam difícil dormir bem.

very nice hotel and staff. the only thing I would change is softer beds, larger bed linens (the blankets were smaller than a king so my husband and i fought for covers all night) and stronger water pressure in the showers. the hard beds made it difficult to sleep well.
