“I stayed at this hotel for 12 nights from late November to early December 2019. The hotel is clean. Located in a relative nice and safe area surrounded by many nice restaurants.
I experienced two issues during my stay.
1- only one elevator was operational. Sometimes you had to wait minutes before you can go up or down.
2- although the staff were very courteous and respectful, the restaurant staff really need training on doing their job. For example, you ask for salt and pepper, 2 or three times before they bring it to you. They say, “yes” or “sure”, but you don’t see the result. Or you ask for tea, good luck if you see the right type of tea ( as you requested) before you remind them 3-4 times. My colleague also asked for his iron to be replaced, it only took the hotel staff 3 days before they deliver the iron.”
