Pior local possível para se hospedar região longe do Centro literalmente uma quebrada que chega a dar medo, fora que são caloteiros, visto que ficaram conossas malas quando íamos fazer a trilha confirmando nosso booking, receberam o pagamento antecipado e quando chegamos no dia para passar a noite disseram que não havia reserva, na real decidiram ou se confundiram e deram nosso quarto a outra pessoa, porém desenharam de nossa cara no meio da noite e se pegaram a devolver o dinheiro de nossa reserva, caloteiros

eles estavam reformando quando ficamos. meus companheiros tiveram a oportunidade de experimentar 2 quartos diferentes, ambos bons o suficiente, mas um já foi renovado e parecia muito melhor, mais moderno, e muito mais acolhedor.A equipe é muito atenciosa e atenciosa. Graças a Deus eles ofereceram diferentes tipos de chá cada vez que chegamos. eles não falam inglês, então se arme com algum espanhol ou tenha um companheiro que fale a língua. Ainda assim, eles são muito amigáveis e tentarão o seu melhor para acomodá-lo.suas pias não tinham água quente em agosto de 2019. essa é a única desvantagem dos quartos.e uma dica extra: eles têm wifi, mas foi inútil para mim. 😖 melhor obter um SIM local e encontrar uma promo.

they were renovating when we stayed. my companions had the chance to try 2 different rooms, both good enough but one was already renovated and looked much better, more modern, & a lot more cozy. the staff are very helpful and attentive. thank God they offered different kinds of tea each time we arrived. they don't speak English though, so arm yourself with some Spanish or have a companion who speaks the language. still, they're very friendly & will try their best to accommodate you. their sinks didn't have hot water as of August 2019. that's the only downside to the rooms. and an extra tip: they have wifi, but it was useless for me. 😖 better get a local SIM and find a promo.

Buscamos el hotel por Booking y estaba todo reservado asi que llamamos al mismo hotel, la verdad el hotel se ve muchísimo mejor en las fotos que en persona, la suite estaba en un pasadizo con sillones de autos por todo lado, descuidadas, cables por todo lado, luego el jacuzzi con manchas, techo con bastante humedad como se ve en las fotos, el precio fue de 110 pero... no estoy segura de que si valga la pena, el agua se demoró bastante en salir gota a gota.

El lugar es muy cómodo tiene parqueadero guardan mascotas osea las puedes tener porque hay muy buen espacio es cerca al aeropuerto las personas son muy limpias y las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias

The rooms have new bathroom fixtures, hardwood floors, a large TV and plenty of closet space. There are hot showers and room heaters for cold nights. There are a few things they can work on. There is water damage on the ceiling including mold and peeling paint from construction on the top floor. You need to remember to lock the door since there are no automatic locking doors and no deadbolt. I had reserved a room with a Jacuzzi but when I checked in I was told there were none available.

Do not book here or do so at your own risk! Booked 2 rooms months in advanced. Paid 50% deposit and arrived at the hotel to have our room bookings canceled, even with printouts of the booking confirmation and payment invoice. Reception was not helpful and was not sorry. Had to go back into Cusco and try and find other accommodation for the night which wasted most of the day and cost us money. Worst experience. Hotel isn't in the greatest location which is understandable for the price but just be aware before booking here.

Ultra low budget accommodation (Feb 2017) Your room is unlikely to look like those pictured. Be advised: it is on the north side of airport not the south. You will need to take a taxi (the free airport shuttle is for collections only)
