“This is a very family friendly hotel. Amenities are typical for a nice Hilton. There seemed to be a shortage of towels during our stay. There were 3 adults in our room, but they only gave us 2 sets and it took quite a bit of calling the front desk, housekeeping, etc. to get the towels we needed. Room was very clean and updated. We were in town for a birthday party at Martial Cottle Park, and we think South San Jose is really nice....more in the "country". There are really nice areas for relaxing with a drink in the courtyard area, well lit and propane heaters are available. We would stay again.”

“The hotel is a historic site and as it it part of the Hilton Curio collection it is decorated to reflect it. The two highlights are it sharing a parking lot with a park where you can run/walk and the water stations scattered through the building.
For the room- I would recommend staying in the long addition and there is a underground path to the main building. There is a separate building with rooms above the banquet hall. This building and the rooms felt more outdated. Ps if you can afford the upgrade do the Queens Studio suite. My room had a separate sitting area which was nice for calls and a walk out shared patio.
Restaurant wise would recommend for dinner although fairly limited dinner but skip breakfast it very basic and in my opinion not worth the $22.”
