Besides the clean rooms and friendly staff its a high price to pay for this mediocre hotel. There is a lot of noise from the rooftop bar, the rooms have an awful view and the place is poorly decorated. Overall overpriced and noisy. Not recommend for the quality seekers. And yes they have their standard friendly reply 👇

Atendimento é o principal diferencial deste hotel, que faz absolutamente tudo o que estiver ao alcance para satisfazer os hóspedes. O Lobby Bar, o restaurante tem comidas e drinks ótimos. A recepção e a portaria são atenciosos e educados. A localização também é incrível.

É um teatro lindo. No meu penúltimo espetáculo que fui assistir , tive a honra de subir no palco , e ver minha história de vida contada pelos "Porta dos Fundos." Dia inesquecível! No Tivoli tenho a oportunidade de ver atores que cresci vendo na TV Globo atuarem no teatro. Ali na minha frente. São tão bons atores de teatro quanto de novelas. E atores portugueses do melhor. ❤️

The hotel itself is fine but certain staff members were extremely rude to us. One of the receptionists was very rude and condescending specially when we asked for face masks even though in the hotel digital system it was written that we could ask for face masks. Instead of being polite she told us we can’t have two masks “because it’s a courtesy okay” and when we asked for an extra water bottle she said we need to wait till 6 PM even though we had asked her at 10:30 AM. She clearly doesn’t belong to the hospitality sector because her other colleagues were courteous to us. Even our waiter at the breakfast table was very unpleasant and didn’t really care to even listen to the order before running away and as a result we didn’t enjoy the breakfast at all. The whole vibe of the hotel was pretty negative. The concierge however was very helpful and she explained everything very well and helped us plan our sightseeing activities and suggested great restaurants and bars for us. But overall we don’t recommend this hotel at all because apart from the location there isn’t anything that makes this hotel stand apart.

5 stars are not enough to rate the quality of service that we received during our stay. It was an awesome experience. The dedication, personal touch, and kindness of everybody in the hotel, beginning with the manager Bruno, his staff Ricardo, Deborah, and the front desk staff, made our very comfortable. My daily breakfasts were always enjoyable by the personal attention given by Deborah and her team. They always try to find ways to make us happier. The greeting and hospitality that you receive upon entering and exiting the hotel are welcoming. Pedro and his team greet you nicely each time. We cannot wait to be back here in March!

Ficámos 2 noites no Tivoli Avenida Liberdade e tivemos uma experiência inesquecível! O hotel é absolutamente maravilhoso a todos os níveis. Tem uma localização fantástica em plena Avenida da Liberdade, próxima de muitas das principais atrações da cidade. O pequeno almoço foi sem dúvida um dos melhores que já tivemos, super completo e com muita variedade de produtos frescos e deliciosos, simplesmente de comer e chorar por mais. Todos os funcionários do hotel foram super simpáticos e atenciosos desde o momento do check in até ao check out. Aproveitamos também para deixar uma palavra especial de agradecimento à equipa de room service que contribuiu muito para que tivéssemos um fim de semana ainda mais especial com os vários mimos que prepararam para nós 😊 Muito obrigado por toda a atenção e carinho e vamos voltar em breve certamente!Votos de Boas Festas para toda a equipa :)Daniel & Margarida Perdigão

Un hotel de 5* debe cuidar más la calidad de servicio. Ya que piden más detalles.... -la habitación no estaba lista hasta las 17:00 h. -en más de una ocasión tuvimos que pedir toallas, ya que no habían dejado limpias. -las monodosis de café las reponian, a veces. -los vasos, los retiraban...o no. En fin una estancia de 5 días no muy agradables.

Aqui está uma daquelas experiências que marcam qualquer um. A equipa do hotel está de parabéns. A nossa estadia foi de apenas uma noite e com pouco contacto ou presença dentro do hotel, mas foi o suficiente para sentir o treino, o profissionalismo e o empenho de todos com quem tivemos contacto. Logo à entrada fomos recebidos com a maior hospitalidade, num acolhimento respeitosamente carinhoso. Senti-me imediatamente bem vindo à entrada, durante o rápido processo de Check-in e sempre que tive contacto com qualquer representante do hotel (pareceu-me que cada um deles está para além de simples funcionário).O sistema de gestão do hotel pareceu-me perfeitamente integrado com o sistema online que eu utilizei para fazer a reserva. O ambiente no seu geral é perfeito. Da pouca exposição que tive, tudo parece impecavelmente limpo e higienizado. Decidimos não incluir o pequeno-almoço na diária porque não queríamos ficar limitados pelos horários. Decidi também considerar os espaços de restauração que se encontram no edifício independentes e parte de críticas separadas.O ponto menos bom da minha experiência e aquele que notei numa altura em que se sobrepunha a quase tudo o resto, foi a maneira como os sons da rua chegavam até nós durante a noite. Foi algo decepcionante notar esta falha de insonorização estando num hotel deste calibre.Trata-se de um hotel que tem tudo para ter sempre críticas de 5 estrelas. Porém, as expectativas são muito altas e o desafio que a equipa de gestão tem é enorme... é quase impossível conseguir operar sempre sem erros e/ou falhas, mas a pressão das expectativas criadas pelo valor em que o Hotel se posiciona, deixa pouca ou nenhuma margem de manobra.

De fato um lugar unico e mágico em Lisboa! O atendimento dos colaboradores faz com que nos sintamos em casa :) Experimentem este serviço de excelencia, bem como os restaurantes. Desde aquele bife tartaro na cervejaria até ao taco SEEN no icónico restaurante SEEN, tudo é delicioso. Recomendo vivamente a experiencia que tive.

Localização otima, serviço RUIM. Sai do quarto as 9:00 da manhã cheguei agora as 18:00 após a feira e caminhar o dia todo e simplemente encontrei o quarto dojeito que deixei. Housekeeping nem apareceu. Uma vergonha!

Depois do acesso negado á subida do sky bar, optamos por uma visita ao Lobby bar. Onde tudo correu muito bem, há exceção do empregado de Bar chamado Flávio : foi perfeito. Tanto na sugestão de bebidas, como na empatia que cresceu entre todos os que estavam comigo na mesa. Seremos clientes assíduos apartir de hoje. Obrigado a toda a equipa.

The absolute best part of this 5* hotel experience is hanging out with Denise, Flavio, and Hélder at the bar. These 3 people are each individually exceptional, but together, form the dream team of bar staff. Denise in particular mixed us the best drinks we've ever had. These people made our experience exquisite. Thank you so much.

Hotel looks very nice, but service was poor and room had issues.Room had a strange odor.Music from rooftop bar could be heard in room.The best part was being bitten by an insect (I assume) while sleeping.The service in the lobby bar was subpar as the waitstaff also mixed the drinks.Far from a 5-star hotel.

It's a fine Hotel with attentive staff. Easy walking access to shops, restaurants, parks and some museums. Guests enjoy the garden-setting pool. We look forward to having cocktails in the sky bar later today.

We had an amazing vacation in Portugal!It all began with the Hotel Tivoli in Lisbon!The hotel is beautiful, the staff are amazing and attentive and the restaurant is phenomenal.We were celebrating our 25th anniversary!This team paid attention to every detail, including champagne, fruit, pastries and a personalized note.Shout outs to Chris, Katerina, Victor and the entire team.Thanks for making 2021 and 25 years so AWESOME!!

My husband and I had a great stay at the Tivoli! It was our first time in Lisbon and our stay was lovely. The staff was incredibly helpful and made reservations for us for two nights. The breakfast is outstanding and the pool is stunning. The location was a bit far from some of the things we wanted to see but it was still easily walkable and the tree-lined streets were a great walk to come home.

This was an excellent hire to stay at. We were upgraded to a family suite, which was a good sized room. The air conditioning worked great during the beginning of august. And the staff were very attentive and incredibly helpful. The only issue was that the service at the restaurant wasn’t good. It took them 20 minutes to get me the bill after asking, and made me late for an appointment. But I didn’t want to review the note based on the restaurant. Especially when the hotel staff were so great. Looking forward to staying there again.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. We spent a week here and felt beyond lucky to be some of the first American travelers back in Portugal. The Tivoli was the perfect base of operations for exploring Lisbon. Friendly professional staff who were eager to make our stay as nice as possible, even adding some surprise bubbly for my husband's birthday. Our room was spacious and quiet and always super clean. We will definitely be back.

La estancia estuvo bien , el personal muy amable y es la tercera vez que estamos , pero nos hicieron una retención en la tarjeta por el importe total de la estancia y después de 10 días , todavía estamos esperando que nos lo devuelvan y fueron 880€. Creo que están jugando con mi dinero.

Hotel muy recomendable para alojarse y el restaurante muy bueno para comer o cenar. Entra en precio sorprendentemente para estar en avenida liberdade y yo lo he utilizado mucho para tener reuniones en el lobby. El servicio muy atento y hace que todo sea muy fácil para trabajar. Recomendable cien por cien!!!
