“Terrible customer service which ruined my holiday. I booked the 2 bedroom villa at alsahel through my travel agent. Before doing so I even saw the room was available on both Anantara and booking.com websites. I confirmed the same with my travel agent who confirmed it's was available which they then confirmed the booking. The night before leaving Dubai I had to call the hotel due to an issue with my wife's alhosn app. Upon confirming that we can travel the hotel reception informed us that we have a booking of 2 x one bedrooms next to each other. This was not what I booked. I even have the confirmation booking and email exchanges between the reservation desk and my travel agent. For all that there was not even an apology from the resort for this terrible experience which ruined that holiday. If you can't deliver what you promise, the least you can do is be transparent and tell your customer. Time wasted for nothing.”
