“My room was not properly cleaned to start. There weee two beer bottles sitting outside my room when I arrived. Those bottles were outside my room for more than 24 hours. There was hair on the toilet seat, in the shower and in the bed. There was so much mold in the shower, all throughout the bathroom and in the toilet. There was lots of mold on the metal grate that the air blows through to enter the room. I asked for my room to be cleaned and they said okay. They put me on a list and didn’t clean it for another 24 hours. It is absolutely absurd how they let the hotel fall into such disarray and then didn’t feel the need to clean it in a timely manner. I have never stayed at a more disgusting hotel before. One positive… the lady working the omelette bar in the morning is amazing!”

First the good; staff was very friendly. The made to order breakfast was quick, had many options and was really good. These are the only reasons for the 2 stars.
The entire place is in desperate need of updating and serious deep cleaning!
The smell in the first room I was in hit me so hard I had to change rooms, the second room still had a bad smell but opening the sliding door made it bearable. I think it's a mixture of the filthy carpet, mold and cleaning products.
The carpet throughout the hotel was so stained it looked like a pattern.
The water wouldn't drain while taking a shower in the bathroom that had mold on its ceiling.
I can't believe Hilton would put this name on a place like this, and for what the nightly rate was, extremely disappointing.”
