Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa. Os quartos são limpos e bem configurados. O café da manhã não é ruim. Eles fazem um bom trabalho. Fiz uma cirurgia lá e precisava de um hotel. Ótima escolha. Ótima piscina e banheira de hidromassagem. Eles mantêm aqueles limpos também. Não pode dar errado aqui.

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa. Las habitaciones están limpias y bien organizadas. El desayuno no está mal. Hacen un buen trabajo. Me operaron allá arriba y necesitaba un hotel. Gran elección. Bonita piscina y jacuzzi. También los mantienen limpios. No te puedes equivocar aquí.

We had a wonderful stay. Rooms are clean and nicely set up. The breakfast is not bad. They do a good job. I had surgery up there and needed a hotel. Great choice. Nice pool and hot tub. They keep those clean also. Can't go wrong here.

Não impressionado. Nível de limpeza foi esboço. O banheiro estava visivelmente sujo, então tive que fazer uma limpeza completa usando luvas descartáveis, Lysol e lenços desinfetantes. Que nojo. Manchas nas entradas das portas. Meu lençol justo foi colocado do avesso e vi um cabelo comprido na minha cama. Havia também um buraco no teto sobre a pia. Eu também vi uma barata no meu quarto. Faltava atenção aos detalhes e esta foi uma experiência desconfortável para dizer o mínimo. Eu tinha maiores esperanças, mas não era isso. Não ficaria novamente.

No impresionado. El nivel de limpieza era boceto. El inodoro estaba visiblemente sucio, así que tuve que limpiarlo a fondo con guantes desechables, Lysol y toallitas desinfectantes. Qué asco. Manchas en las entradas de las puertas. Me pusieron la sábana ajustable del revés y vi un pelo largo en mi cama. También había un agujero en el techo sobre el fregadero. También vi una cucaracha en mi habitación. Faltaba atención a los detalles y esta fue una experiencia incómoda, por decir lo menos. Tenía mayores esperanzas, pero esto no era todo. No me alojaría de nuevo.

Unimpressed. Level of cleanliness was sketch. Toilet was visibly dirty, so I had to give it a thorough cleaning myself using disposable gloves, Lysol and disinfectant wipes. Yuck. Stains on entrances of doorways. My fitted sheet was put on inside out and I saw a long hair in my bed. There was also a hole in the ceiling over the sink. I also saw a roach in my room. Attention to detail was sorely lacking and this was an uncomfortable experience to say the least. I had higher hopes, but this wasn't it. Would not stay again.

Eu gosto de ficar neste hotel quando venho à cidade. Meu quarto está sempre limpo. E a equipe é simpática. Eu não sou um fã de café-da-manhã continental e a primeira vez que ficamos lá foram muito poucas opções. Mas, como afirmei, não sou um tipo de senhora de café da manhã continental. É principalmente muito tranquilo e está convenientemente localizado perto o suficiente de Illinois e uma boa parte de Indiana.

Me gusta alojarme en este hotel cuando vengo a la ciudad. Mi habitación siempre está limpia. Y el personal es amable. No soy fanático del desayuno continental y la primera vez que nos alojamos allí había muy pocas opciones. Pero como dije, no soy del tipo de dama que desayuna continental. En su mayoría es muy tranquilo y está convenientemente ubicado lo suficientemente cerca de Illinois y una buena parte de Indiana.

The hotel was very clean! They have a nice selection for the free continental breakfast, an amazing selection of coffee as well.They have great hours for the fitness center and pool! It was just overall a good experience and it was very accommodating!

I enjoy staying at this hotel when I come to town. My room is always clean. And the staff is friendly. I am not a fan of continental breakfast and the very first time that we stayed there it was very few options. But as I stated I am not a continental breakfast kind of lady. It’s mostly very quiet and it is conveniently located close enough to Illinois and a nice part of Indiana.

Was not aware that room service needed to be requested so my room wasn't cleaned for my stay. When asked housekeeping about cleaning, they informed it had to be requested.Front desk staff were helpful and courteous. Room upon arrival was very clean. Premises was clean and inviting.

Eu e mais dois colegas de trabalho reservamos três quartos nesta propriedade para uma viagem de negócios. A equipe da recepção foi muito simpática e acolhedora. A propriedade tem um apelo agradável, no entanto, os móveis, especialmente na área de café da manhã, precisam desesperadamente de atualização. Os móveis estão muito bem gastos. A limpeza da área de café da manhã não era muito boa. As mesas estavam sujas às 15h e havia evidências de sujeira nos tapetes e embaixo das mesas, etc. Tivemos um dos piores cafés da manhã em um Hampton Inn, ainda pior do que o café da manhã ensacado que foi distribuído durante a pandemia . Meu quarto era limpo e eu tinha todas as comodidades. A cama era confortável e a pressão da água do chuveiro era boa. Meu quarto de colegas de trabalho tinha um odor muito esfumaçado e ele pediu para ser movido. A gerência precisa gastar algum dinheiro atualizando as áreas comuns e intensificando o jogo do café da manhã.

Nossa estadia não foi boa primeiro quando cheguei lá, a taxa que me foi cotada não foi fornecida e perguntei quanto eram as taxas acessórias que o cara disse que não sabia, então isso era ruim. E então chegamos ao nosso quarto, nossa banheira tinha mofo. A porta do banheiro tinha manchas de xixi. Ficamos sem toalhas, fomos informados de que eles não tinham nada limpo, então, quando liguei de volta sobre as toalhas, me disseram que eu teria que esperar até que secassem. Durante todo o processo, eram crianças correndo pelo corredor e meus filhos foram acusados. Eles estavam na sala comigo quando lhes disseram para não sair mais da sala. Tivemos polícia batendo na nossa porta foi apenas ruim. As crianças ficaram com medo depois disso. Se eu pudesse ter encontrado outro hotel que estivesse disponível, eu teria ido embora. A piscina não estava funcionando. Tirei fotos e fui até a recepção no domingo de manhã e me disseram que vou contar ao gerente. Quando liguei para o gerente, ela era realmente pouco profissional, porque disse que eu já havia sido informado da sua reclamação

Yo y otros dos compañeros de trabajo reservamos tres habitaciones en esta propiedad para un viaje de negocios. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y servicial. La propiedad tiene un buen atractivo exterior, sin embargo, los muebles, especialmente en el área de desayuno, necesitan urgentemente una actualización. Los muebles están muy bien usados. La limpieza de la zona de desayuno no era muy buena. Las mesas estaban sucias a las 3:00 p. m. y había evidencia de suciedad en las alfombras y debajo de las mesas, etc. Tuvimos uno de los peores desayunos en un Hampton Inn, incluso peor que el desayuno en bolsas de covid que se repartieron durante la pandemia . Mi habitación estaba limpia y tenía todas las comodidades. La cama era cómoda y la presión del agua en la ducha era buena. La habitación de mi compañero de trabajo tenía mucho olor a humo y pidió que lo cambiaran. La gerencia necesita gastar algo de dinero para actualizar las áreas comunes y mejorar su juego de desayuno.

Our stay was not good first when I got there the rate I was quote was not given and I asked how much was incidental fees the guy said he didn’t know so that was bad. And then we get to our room our tub had mold on it. The bathroom door had pee stains on it.We ran out of towels were told that they didn’t have any clean so When I called back about the towels I was told I would have to wait until they got dry.Through out that it was kids running down the hall and my kids were accused. They were in the room with me when they were told not to come out the room anymore. We had police knocking on our door it was just bad.The kids were scared after that.If I could have found another hotel that was available I would have left.The pool was not working. I took pictures and went to the front desk Sunday morning and was told I will tell the manager. When I called the manager she was really unprofessional because she said I already was told of your complaint

Myself and two other co-workers booked three rooms at this property for a business trip. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property has nice curb appeal, however, the furnishings, especially in the breakfast area are in desperate need of updating. The furniture is very well worn. The cleanliness of the breakfast area wasn't very good. The tables were dirty at 3:00 PM and there was evidence of dirt on the carpets and under tables, etc. We had one of the worst breakfast's at a Hampton Inn, even worse than the covid bagged breakfast that were given out during the pandemic. My room was clean and I had all of the amenities. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good. My co-workers room had a very smoky odor and he asked to be moved. Management needs to spend some money updating the common areas and step up their breakfast game.

A equipe foi ótima e muito simpática. O hotel precisa de uma grande atualização, desde os elevadores até as camas. Ficamos em um hotel quase mensalmente devido a viagens de negócios e este definitivamente entrou na lista de nunca ficar ou recomendar. Eu dormi cerca de 2 horas devido à cama ser tão desconfortável. Espero que a empresa veja isso e faça reformas em breve para o bem dos clientes Hilton e de seus funcionários.

El personal fue excelente y muy amable. El hotel necesita una reforma importante, desde los ascensores hasta las camas. Nos alojamos en un hotel casi todos los meses debido a viajes de negocios y este definitivamente llegó a la lista de no quedarse ni recomendarlo. Dormí alrededor de 2 horas debido a que la cama era muy incómoda. Espero que la empresa vea esto y haga renovaciones pronto por el bien de los clientes de Hilton y sus empleados.

The staff were great and very friendly. The hotel needs a major update, from the elevators to the beds. We stay in a hotel almost monthly due to business trips and this one definitely hit the list of do not ever stay or recommend. I slept about 2 hrs due to the bed being so uncomfortable. I hope that corporate sees this and does renovations soon for the sake of Hilton customers and your employees.
