“We had a great stay for our two nights there. We had an issue with the room late at night but we waited until morning to have the problem fixed. I asked a Housekeeper to check out our issue with the room but she did not understand me. She ask another coworker to help, his name was Franky. He was very nice and came over to our room to see what was going on and was able to have an engineer come to our room. This man was great as well and took care the problem right away.
Our last night we decided to give the restaurant a try again Franky was there and greeted us with a smile and talk with us some. Seems like he lives there as he was always there but it was great to see him, he is a very welcoming person.
We had a great stay only thing we really saw was the rooms need some good TLC.”

“Beautiful lobby, and comfy bed. Really need to work on customer service and maintenance! Hubby took a shower and the shower didn't drain, at all!! He called the front desk and they said we were out of luck 'til morning. We were only staying 'til our flight left at 5am. We were there for quick showers and a quick sleep. My husband went down to the lobby to talk to the guy, who was hiding around the corner watching videos on his phone, he came around and said he had someone looking for a plunger. No apologies, no offering to make it right. My husband asked if he could just put us in another room, he rolled his eyes and finally agreed. The new room functioned, but was not very clean, there were dried toothpaste spots on the walls, something dripping down another wall, and mildew around the bathroom door frame and in most of the shower's tile grout. Glad we were able to get the shower and sleep we needed, but definitely wouldn't recommend.”
