“I was told that Infinity bar was open by the French duty manager at Park Hyatt and so I went today. I entered and waited at the bar. The bar manager needs serious customer service training. He told us rudely it was a private event despite no indication at the entrance that it was. He could have easily said "Unfortunately gentleman this is a private event, sorry you weren't told earlier but since you're here I would love to offer you a drink". The place was practically empty. A complete turn off, how do you expect to build customer loyalty when you have management so poor?
