“Let's start on a positive note. It has a fantastic pool and lounge area of which I used neither. The fitness room is important to me and has issues that need to be addressed. When I let the front desk know about the cooling system, I was told that it has been down for a while.
My office books my accommodations so when I checked in and found myself in a handicap accessible room, I tried to change it and was told that I couldn't because it was booked through a third party. I'm not handicap and didn't want to take it away from someone who truly needed it.
The room, 113, was dimly lit but did have a roll in shower for someone who is wheelchair bound. I have stayed at this property before and had a better experience but it seems as though it has taken a step back.”

“Upon checking in my digital key didn’t work, I had to wait on the receptionist to notice I was standing at the front for her to come over and give me a key card that didn’t work. Maintenance had to meet me at my room to put new batteries in the key reader. My toilet wasn’t cleaned and when I notified staff noting was done so I ran to target to fix the situation. Then my shower didn’t drain. I couldn’t even shower without over flowing the tub. Again when I notified staff twice nothing was done about it. For a Hilton hotel this was bottom of the line.”
