Hicieron cobro doble porque no "ten+ían el pago de booking", hay que tener cuidado porque no informan de esto y tardan para la devolución. La ubicación no es de las mejores, en zona un poco peligrosa.

Localizados ao pé da estrada, quartos espaçosos apenas o ralo da pia do pequeno bar ou cozinheiro era coberto, serviço muito bom, eles oferecem frutas excelentes para o café da manhã, sucos, chá, café, café da manhã americano muito rico.

Ubicado a pie de carretera, habitaciónes amplias solo que eataba tapado el drenaje del sink de la pequeña barra o cocinera, muy buen servicio, ofrecen excelente desayuno fruta, jugos, te cafe, desayunos tipo americano muy rico.

Good experience from check in to departure.I had a long stay and the breakfast had many options and varied thru the week. Boa experiência desde o check-in até a partida. Tive uma longa estadia e o café da manhã tinha muitas opções e variava durante a semana.

I agree with many reviewers this hotel is great with clean and neat room. They are huge. The receptionist is so nice. concordo com muitos comentadores este hotel é ótimo com quarto limpo e arrumado. Eles são enormes. A recepcionista é tão simpática.

Overall stay was good - Breakfast was hot and they ensured there was enough available during busy times. - Stayed +3 days. Room was never cleaned, but towels were brought up. We did ask for room to be cleaned. - Lamp in room was broken (bulbs were out and outlet didn’t work on lamps) advised several times and on 3rd time they advised that maintenance wouldn’t be back until after we left - Power went out during a storm, but came right back on. However, the wifi did not. Called the front desk and they said call the AT&T help desk. Called them and they were only able to put in a ticket. Wifi was fixed next day - Hotel was overall pretty quiet, despite it being next to a main road. I stayed close to the front of the hotel. Quarto nunca foi limpo, mas as toalhas foram trazidas. Pedimos que o quarto fosse limpo. - A lâmpada do quarto estava quebrada (as lâmpadas estavam apagadas e a tomada não funcionava nas lâmpadas) aconselhadas várias vezes e na 3ª vez eles avisaram que a manutenção não voltaria até depois que saíssemos - A energia caiu durante uma tempestade, mas voltou logo. No entanto, o wifi não. Liguei para a recepção e eles disseram ligar para o suporte da AT&T. Liguei para eles e eles só conseguiram colocar um ticket. Wifi foi consertado no dia seguinte - Hotel foi bastante calmo, apesar de estar ao lado de uma estrada principal. Fiquei perto da frente do hotel.

Fast and easy check in . Front desk staffs were very nice and professional. Plenty of parking . You can either park inside gate or out front ,we parked inside the gate . Location of the hotel was great , right off the highway ,easy access to everything only thing is , it's loud from the traffic . Rooms were decent size and very neat and clean . We stayed for 4 days , we didn't want house keeping but did ask for new towels and trash bags each day . Breakfast was ok . They have the traditional free hot breakfast that consist of scrambled eggs ..sausage .. potatoes one day , and egg omelette and sausage Patties and potatoes another .. along with of course the cold cereal , fresh cut up fruits , breads and bagel , yogurt and oatmeal . They also have 2 waffle machines .. overall my stay here was pleasant . Check-in rápido e fácil. Os funcionários da recepção foram muito simpáticos e profissionais. Muito estacionamento. Você pode estacionar dentro do portão ou na frente, estacionamos dentro do portão. A localização do hotel era ótima, bem na saída da rodovia, fácil acesso a tudo que é a única coisa, é barulhento do tráfego. Os quartos eram de tamanho decente e muito limpo e arrumado. Ficamos por 4 dias, não queríamos manter a casa, mas pedimos toalhas novas e sacos de lixo todos os dias. O café da manhã estava ok. Eles têm o tradicional café da manhã quente gratuito que consiste em ovos mexidos. e aveia. Eles também têm 2 máquinas de waffle .. geral a minha estadia aqui foi agradável .

Great, quality hotel in a good location for a descent price. The breakfast was fresh, the staff were helpful and our room was just right. Even after the power went out on our last night, they made it right by giving us a refund for a part of our stay. Well done! We’re definitely going to be recommending this location and checking out other ones in the future. Ótimo hotel de qualidade em uma boa localização por um preço descendente. O café da manhã estava fresco, os funcionários foram prestativos e nosso quarto era perfeito. Mesmo depois que a energia acabou em nossa última noite, eles acertaram ao nos reembolsar por uma parte de nossa estadia. Bem feito! Definitivamente vamos recomendar este local e verificar outros no futuro.

O hotel estava em uma ótima localização para o que queríamos fazer em Houston. A equipe foi ótima. Muito amigável. O café da manhã tinha opções. Eu estou supondo que os primeiros comedores de café da manhã têm mais opções, mas mesmo a última hora tem várias coisas para escolher. O quarto era limpo e as camas eram confortáveis.

The hotel was in a great location for what we wanted to do while in Houston. The staff was great. Very friendly. The breakfast had choices. I'm guessing the earliest breakfast eaters have more choices, but even the last hour have several things to choose from. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Great Property, exceptional service. I have stayed at this property four times and have had a great experience every time.A very nice, clean room every time. Very competitive room rates, great breakfast choices.I needed a place with decent access to the Heights in Houston and I have found this to be the best choice by far.I had an occasion to book a room this spring and had to cancel at the last minute.The Hampton staff refunded all charges even though I was beyond the cancellation deadline.

The management and front desk person are exceptional with the way they treat their guests. My family and I had an issue with checkin, as the digital key had a message of my room not being ready. Issue: it was 2 hours past the time I was supposed to have my room. I was tired and needed to rest for an important meeting the next day. Without hesitation I was given a room and superbly taken care of by the hotel staff. I’m very happy and would highly recommend this location. Oh, I walked into my room and it smelled like a sanitized, but yet calm suite. 🙏🏽 A gerência e a recepção são excepcionais com a maneira como tratam seus hóspedes. Minha família e eu tivemos um problema com o check-in, pois a chave digital tinha uma mensagem de que meu quarto não estava pronto. Problema: já passaram 2 horas do horário que eu deveria ter meu quarto. Eu estava cansado e precisava descansar para uma reunião importante no dia seguinte. Sem hesitação me foi dado um quarto e soberbamente cuidado pela equipe do hotel. Estou muito feliz e recomendo este local. Oh, eu entrei no meu quarto e cheirava como uma suíte higienizada, mas calma. 🙏🏽

Habitaciones amplias pero con espacio insuficiente para guardar la ropa. No hay repisas o cajones. La red wifi simplemente imposible de acceder. Hotel muy limpio. Area de gimnasio agradable.
