“The hotel is in the mist of a much needed renovation. However that should not hinder the cleanliness of the remaining open part of the hotel. The elevator and it's entrance was not clean The kitchen in my room had roaches and the toilet seat was cracked (bacteria) Housekeeping sprayed but the problem remained. They did not have another room available. I checked out early.
The staff, Monique, including the lady managing the kitchen were very pleasant.”

“Once I made the reservation, I was charged by 'AdvancedPurchases'. When I called, they advised that when I checked out, there would be no charge for the room. Guess what?? The hotel itself did charge me. This was in March. It is now October and I am still fighting with the hotel to get a refund. The Manager and the Accounting staff say the amount was refunded. I can show them my cc account and no refund was received. I've spoken to Hilton Corporate and even they keep pointing me back to the hotel staff. All they say is that it was done. No further investigation as to why or how this happened. There are too many other hotels out there. They've lost my business for good.”
